I came here with a couple of friends the other night on their 1 year anniversary. The place is clean, bathroom is decent, and there’s a lot of flavors to choose from. It’s a pretty chill spot to hang out, talk, and mingle. There’s no food and no alcohol. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a hookah lounge :)

Hookah? In the Valley? This is the place!!! I guarantee you will leave this lounge without any disappointments. Tangiers? Ask for Sergio. Fumari? Ask for Sergio. Starbuzz? Ask for Sergio. You need anything? ASK FOR SERGIO. The hookah is honestly the BEST. Reasonable prices and very comfortable with great music.

The hookah was good and cheaper than most other places. I think $ 18.
The service was OK. Not great.
The ambiance is what killed me.
Seemed like the oldest person there was 22. A bunch of high school kids hanging out (Nothing wrong with that… just not my scene).
The other main problem I have with this place is that it’s all one room, indoors, with no decent ventilation so you run out of oxygen and you’re sitting in a room of smoke.
I doubt I’ll be back.

Been here once but loved the girl that packed the hookah and also served nice to see a guy not doing all of it for once.
She was also very nice.
The hookah was a chill environment. Wish there was more lights.
I like that you can bring your own food and not have to spend like 20 dollars on a plate instead a typical hookah lounge

Very nice and well maintained lounge. The owners/​staff are approachable and very friendly people. Flavors are well and the packs are perfect. This is a nice place to come and hang out with your friends, it’s even open late till 2AM. The vibe is good, TVs are always showing something interesting and the couches are top shelf and comfortable.

Absolutely best hookah in the valley! Correction in LA! If you want great hookah and a place to just chill with friends Cest La Vie is the place to go! Staff is very friendly!!! Favorite mix, blue mist with mint!

Great lounge. Always good music playing, the packs are great, Haik and Peter who are the main workers there are hilarious, always giving good advice on hookah. Lots of different varieties of flavors ranging from fumari, al fakher, tangiers, and more. If you’re looking for a chill lounge I suggest Cest La Vie!

Out of all the hookah lounges I’ve been to, by far this one is my favorite!
Their customer service is amazing, their hookahs last for hours. The people who work there are amazing, with great vibes and pack awesome hookah. Its a perfect place to come chill because its filled with fun, good vibes.

Good hookah great service. Peter always clowning about my O’s even he’s just as bad. Edgar doesn’t even work here but he treats as a customer and makes sure you enjoy yourself. Hyke is such a great owner he always greets you as soon you walk in the building and he’ll even sit down with you and have a conversation with you about your day. Once you’re done smoking hookah any of the employees can help you out by bringing you your check or you can simply just walk up and pay. And once you leave they always ask if you had any issues during your visit. Then they’ll say goodbye give you a hug and ask you to come again. Over all great place. Best hookah in the San Fernando Valley!

Awesome place to come hang out.
Hookah girl is awesome an packs good hookahs, an the owners are always on staff to help with any questions.
You will never have a problem with parking since its a very big parking lot.
Prices are very fair an have a wide variety of flavors to choose from!

A great place to unwind and hangout with friends. Has a good atmosphere with friendly employees who are very attentive.
The hookah here is like no other, does not burn and tastes amazing. The prices are also low to average compared to others in the valley.

At first when I came here I was quiet skeptical because from the outside I couldn’t tell that this was even a hookah lounge, once I stepped in though I was extremely satisfied about how clean and how nice the place was, ordered hookah and it was really really good, after about 2 hours we asked for a refill and it was good as well, the service was great, had an awesome time here and would definitely go again! Yeah the location is kind of odd but at the end of the day the inside is awesome and hookah is awesome!

By far the best hookah I’ve smoked! Haik is the man! He makes sure your hookah is on point! He also carries Tangiers to all the tangier lovers!!! Comfy couches, great music and a great crowd! Give this place a go!

Simply put, this place rocks.. All brand new with a great atmosphere and Ike one of the owners always makes sure you are well taken care of. From the music to the prices you will not be disappointed but come early on the weekends., last Saturday night there was a waiting list to get in.

Nice looking hookah lounge, the interior is a good red and black combo. There hookah prices are moderate it is about 18 $ for a fumari regular hookah and 17 for the starbuzz. It was really cold outside and when we came in it was warm and toasty! Also it seemed like there was a mini private section for a group of people. Overall good looking place and good prices!

I must say, if this Unilocal review had an option of 20 stars, I would most definitely choose the 20 stars in a heartbeat. The amount of amazing customer service, respect, and hookah flavors this lounge has and carries is fantastic. It is officially the most classy, serene, and comfortable place to be in Los Angeles.
