This place is awesome went to fix my daugthers phone friday night after she cracked the screen at magic mountain when it fell from one of the rides and they did it right away. .something happen to it and took it back on sunday and he repair it for my daughtger Guys there are really nice and know how to do their job. Was a little weary at first because it was a smoke shop, and also because I know Apple refuses to work on your phone if it has a third party screen on it. BUT I spoke with Verizon and they said yes apple does have the certified screen, but it truly doesn’t make a difference besides price. So I took the plunge. You’re only saving about 20 – 25 bucks but it’s worth the lesser hassle. The man quoted me an hour to an hour and a half because they were so backed up with phones, but it only took them 30 Minutes! In the past I’ve replaced screens and they have been shotty or crooked or completely cracked once I put my case on, but this one that these guys did, seems good as new! I definitely recommend this place :) Oh, and they also have a ton of stuff they sell to keep you occupied while you wait!

I had cracked my screen for the 1,000th and went to the only repair place I had known in Sherman Oaks, only to find out they increased their price to a ridiculous $ 100 to be fixed… ridiculous… anyways, looked up fastfix on Unilocal and decided to drive the distance because of the great reviews. I was extremely pleased with the service, it took less than an hour and they fixed my cracked screen & LCD for $ 80. A few weeks later my screen went black, and I returned to the shop to see if they could do anything about it, they ended up repairing it for me at no extra cost. So satisfied with this place & I will for sure be coming back for all of my repairs.

After a crazy holiday season, I ended up with a shattered screen on my iPhone. I’ve never had that happen before, so I was at a loss on where to get it fixed. So I looked it up on Unilocal and found this place. They had a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to give it a chance. I’m so glad I did!!!
The store was clean, and the guys were very nice. I was told the price upfront, told it would take 45−60min for my phone to be done. Came back an hour later, and my phone looked fantastic!!!
I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs it! The service is awesome, the price was fair and my phone is as good as new!!! 5 stars!!!

Saw these guys today for the unfortunate screen break, and had a great experience! Got the screen fixed in about 25 mins and paid a great price. There was a small hiccup with a corner of the screen not reading my touch, but I took it back and they were glad to fix it. They checked it out, fixed it and it’s perfect! Coming back if I have any more phone issues, they are awesome!!!

I just came in to get my lcd/​screen repaired for the second time here and I’m still really impressed with this place. As soon as my screen broke, I thought of coming here!

I came into fast fix repair because I wanted to get my iPhone 4S LCD fixed since I went to AT&T and they told me I can’t get my iPhone 5c fixed it wasn’t repairable but mike from fastfix said let me take a look at it and he said it is fixable and he fixed it as he said they did an amazing job thank you mike!!!

I pretty much should technically be considered partial owner of FastFix due to the amount of times I’ve been here to fix my iPhone screen. I’d say I’ve invested a lot of time and money here. Lol.
Anyway, been here a few times to fix my iPhone’s screen. The first time I came here I paid $ 65.00 for a cracked screen only. The second and yesterday I was here because my screen cracked and my LCD light went out as well.
The first time I fixed my screen along with my LCD light I paid $ 70.00 and it literally took them 15 minutes to fix. At the time I paid because I needed it and it was the only place in my area with good rating and claimed to be cheap. It all went well until I got home and notice my headset wasn’t working. I then called them, went back, and they took care of it right away.
This last time I was here (yesterday) I had the same problem with a cracked screen and my LCD went out. My 6 month old son decided he was hulk for a few seconds and threw my phone 3,355,765 feet into the ground and shattered my screen. My whole screen from the top part was sticking out. I really thought it was a total loss for sure this time. Anyway, I came in and filled out their form which basically just states that they are not responsible for your phone if it doesn’t work after the screen is fixed. Meaning, if you drop your phone in water and fail to tell them, they can’t fix water damaged phones (pretty much protecting themselves).
My total was $ 79.00 + tax for a screen and LCD replacement. I waited no more than 30 minutes and my phone was brand new again :)
I like it here. I really do. But I don’t like that every time I come their price has been raised up.

I got the glass on my iPhone 5s replaced here. Fast and simple. Until I got home and my phone would no longer charge. Apple and my phone carrier will no longer cover the damages. This store claims «it works fine I should just buy a new charger»

*****BEWARE — NOT WORTH THE «QUICK FIX”*****
I took my iPhone 6 in for screen issue one hour later same problem happened… went back for the second repair and they couldn’t put the screen protector on they said it was a faulty batch or not enough glue. The third trip back the reason nothing worked was a cracked screen with the screw underneath and they Pried open the side of the phone leaving the metal pulled away from the phone. like all the other reviews have said this is not worth it!!! go to your regular place, do not go to the store they will give you a hard time and like everyone else, your phone will crack it’s because they’re screwing the screws in too tight and using cheap screens and your screen WILL crack. take it from me third trip back we finally got our old screen and our money back after a long argument. We now have to go to another place to pay to have it done correctly.
