I love this place! A true theatrical makeup supply house not just a cosmetic beauty store. Great customer service, easy location parking and will order hard to find product for you-​if they cant get it no one can. Guess what? They got it for me! 5 STARS because they go the extra mile to make the customer happy!!! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

The staff is so nice!
I had ordered some things online and I guess they were slammed with a lot of other online orders and they had left a very nice note in my package with a set of free falsies and an eyeshadow pan. It was very nice and I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

Came in to update my makeup kit and there were lots of friendly faces waiting to help you as soon as you walk in. Asked a few different employees for help and they all helped guide me with my purchase decisions. Excellent product knowledge from the team at Frends.
I will definitely be coming back.

Ok I’ve lived in the valley for a billion years & have no idea how I didn’t know about this place. I’m a cosmetic and beauty connoisseur and I always have a hard time finding stores that carry the upscale of harder to find brands that I love. Well this place had it all and more. I was in there for an hour shopping around. The employees were über helpful and very honest about which products were good or not. I will def be their best customer moving forward. My wallet may not be a fan, but whatever. As long as we look good, all is well

I love this place! Everyone was so helpful and customer service is lovely. I went to get make up matched and Kwame (not sure if I spelled his name right, sorry) was very helpful and nice… why would anyone go to naimie’s, where they «grace» you with their services

Ok, so Matt from marketing reached out to me and that made a difference to me. I didn’t expect that I would get a response and when a manager actually takes the time to reply that means that they’re willing to correct what happened and better the next experience. Thank you, Matt.
So, I will return and give it another shot and hopefully I can give them the 5 star rating that I wanted to leave in the first place. I just wanted to update to Unilocal readers.

This is my go to place when I need any kind of makeup supplies. They have many different brands to choose from and the employees are more than willing to help if you need it.
If you come here make sure to check in with Unilocal as well so you can receive a discount at the register! I was so happy about that! Who doesn’t love saving money?!

Had a visit to the store a couple times last week and now I’m thinking they will be my go-​to for supplies, instead of Naimie’s. And the reason? Because they’re much friendlier and nicer. Just easier to ask for help.
Especially since they’ve renovated and added other lines, there’s not much reason for me to go to Naimie’s when I can get better service at Frends.
Thinking that the only time you’ll find me at Naimie’s is if I’m looking for a very specific product that Frends doesn’t carry.
When I was at Frends, the sales rep was so patient, friendly, professional, personable, extremely helpful, and knowledgable (when she didn’t know the answer, she seeked out the answer and relayed the info to me). So, it’s a no-​brainier to choose NOT to go to a place where most of the reps look unhappy and a little annoyed they have to help you o_​O too sales rep-​y for me.

Not friendly at all. Like this isn’t hot topic with their crazy hair and in friendly attitudes.
Don’t get me wrong I have nothing against crazy hair colors or tattoos as myself have had these things.
But they have great stuff as far as service that’s why I give it 2 stars.

First time here — and I will definitely be back! I was greeted promptly and warmly, and directed to the exact products I needed. Andrea, Kat, and Paul were super helpful upstairs — they even offered to order more supplies for me the next day.

Frends is amazing! Came here on Halloween and they have the best selection of beauty ANYTHING you need and also for Halloween makeup or special effects. All of the employees are really friendly, attentive and go above and beyond what you need. They have MUA tools and kit supplies, hair products, dye supplies, lashes, brands like Makeup Forever, Stilazzi, Kevin A and more! Angie helped me out and was super sweet. I loveeee it here. They have a wide variety of products that I haven’t seen anywhere besides online. I went in for hair color, but I still browsed around at other things. I love that they have Sigma brushes. I’ve never actually felt or see. Them, so it was nice to be able to see if I like them before buying.
The girls there were really sweet and helpful. They didn’t have a color I wanted, so the girls showed me what they recommended that was similar.
I’ll definitely be back!

Trendy place and has great potential in their business.
I realized they moved from their old location to their new and bigger location right next door. It’s also open gated and clean.
The first thing I realized when I stepped in, was how mesmerizing the scent of the store was. It wasn’t overwhelming as most beauty supply stores would be. Then I saw how much merchandise they carry and it was a large range which included makeup and male products as well! It was definitely the perfect shop for my cousin to buy his hair products for his new maintenance-​required hair lol.
The workers knew what they were doing and had specialists to help us as well. They also had try-​me products which was a plus! I’m glad we found this place because there aren’t much shops like these in Las Vegas. There was also a 15% off retail price check in offer through Unilocal,which was also another big plus!
If you’re looking into shopping for beauty products in a professional store, you won’t be disappointed in this one!

What an amazing place for all your cosmetic needs! This place probably has everything you could possibly look for. From makeup, to skincare, to haircare — I’m pretty sure they have it all. I went in to look for men’s styling products and other haircare needs, and ended up leaving very satisfied. When you look up the directions here, you might see their old building first. Don’t fret because the new location is literally right next door to the old place. The staff was very friendly, and it seems like they have a specialist in each department.
I got introduced to their hair specialist, and she asked me questions on the type of product I wanted for styling my hair. She then took me around the store showing me different options that I might’ve liked. In addition to that, they had testers for each product they were showing me and encouraged me to use them to see which product I liked the most. It’s awesome because it helped me make the best decision for my hair and ensure I was happy with the product. It also helped me narrow down what I wanted from their broad selection of products. The price tags you see may be a little higher than your average beauty supply store, but it was well worth it.

Parking is street parking with some spots behind/​to the side of the store.
At Frends, they are your friends! I’ll definitely come back here and stock up on some things whenever I’m in the area again.

2015 Unilocal 100 CHALLENGE — ⁰⁵¹⁄₁₀₀
Went to Frends Beauty for the first time a few weeks ago. It makes me so happy that so many cosmetic and beauty supply stores are in the SFV area. This was one I hadn’t visited yet!
They had an old location that is literally like right next to this new building. If you accidentally end up going to the old location FEAR NOT, the new one is blatantly obvious and the old building has posters/​signs ALL over it saying that it has relocated!
For the size of this building, the store was kinda smaller than I had expected. I thought it would be HUGE but it wasn’t THAT big. Maybe there is something upstairs that I didn’t see, but I felt like the general ground floor level wasn’t that big.
They had a pretty good selection of makeup, skin care, hair care, brushes, etc. I specifically came here to check out their Sigma brushes. As far as makeup goes, they had some brands that are harder to come by such as Jouer, Kevyn Aucoin, etc. I felt like they had a HUGE selection of hair care. Like it seemed like the majority of it was hair care… but maybe that’s just how I saw it.
I can’t help but compare this store to Naimie’s, a competitor beauty supply store nearby in Valley Village. That store is my go-​to for brands I cannot find inside Sephora. It is definitely smaller than Naimie’s (or at least I think so), and the selection is far better at Naimie’s.
Service was decent. Some girls were really nice to me, others gave me the impression that they were glaring me and thought I didn’t know anything about makeup… kinda hit and miss!
I ended up purchasing the Sigma drying brush roll and a mini Cinema Secrets spray brush cleaner. Also if you check in on Unilocal you get a discount on your purchase!
Overall, 4 stars. Pretty good, very clean and organized. I just don’t think it can beat my fave, Naimie’s, but I would definitely come here in the future if I needed something they specifically carried!

Came here awhile back to buy Sigma brushes and they have a big selection compared to other stores that i have seen. They also have a huge range of other products such as Makeup Forever, bare minerals etc.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone!
