Great group of people I called several people for my frameless shower doors and Brian was the only person from the many companies that actually came out to measure things out and look for bends in the walls before giving me an estimate. I needed up choosing him and he was always on time. If they said he’d be there between 9 – 10, he was there at 905. Had some minor adhesive issues with the seal between the pieces and he came out to fix the problem without any pushback or problems. Great people. Great communication and great services. This was the second time I’ve used G&G Glass. First I had them replace some windows in my old townhouse (see review of 4÷15÷2014). Today I had Brian come and fix a shower door installation that our contractor’s guy had mucked up and couldn’t fix. Brian knew what he was doing and saved us from having to have the shower re-​tiled. Very nice folks, honest, and reasonably priced.

What an excellent experience. Our home was broken into via our font door window, which was very traumatic. We wanted it fixed as soon as possible and began contacting window repair companies the next morning. A very polite G&G employee answered the phone and was able to get someone to our home within the hour. Brian very quickly gave us an estimate and said he could schedule the fix for the next morning. We received a call from their office the next day letting us know he would be there shortly, and he was. He cleaned out all of the broken glass shards and replaced the broken pain, leaving no mess behind him. Our window and door are now as good as new.
It was very comforting to have our window fixed so quickly so we could begin to recover from the experience of being robbed. Thank you for being so on top of your business, G&G!

I had big hopes up for this company seeing all the good reviews, but my experience with them has not been a good one. When Brian came in to take the measurements he measured my shower opening and said there wouldn’t be nice extra charge for having the glass panels 2″ higher than what he measured. I have received the estimate through my email and it included clips. Everything was great until I have tried to see if they could match the bid I have received from a different company. I was told they could take 10% off for cash but the bid from the other company for the same features was still more attractive, so I’ve asked them if they could do better. I have suggested the price that I felt comfortable with and Brian agreed sending me a revised estimate. What he did behind my back, however, is he changed the type of the installation from clips to channel then he asked me to send an acceptance email to get it going. I wasn’t aware of the changes in the revised estimate so I was pretty happy thinking I’m getting the same product as promised in the original estimate, but then I have found out that Brian wouldn’t honor his word when it came to the height of the panels. That made me thinking and then I had realized that he made some changes to the original estimate, which was never discussed. So I have decided to go with the other company because they had no problem in accommodating me with the height and features I wanted. After expressing my disappointment to Brian and his team I have received what he called a «short and sweet» voice message from Brian who was upset at me for calling him out on what he has done. He didn’t even bother to get this straightened out just said he did everything I have asked him to do (wrong!) and that he won’t do business with me (which btw I have already crossed them off my list).
Anyway, I’ve considered to just let it slide and not write this review but after Brian left me the «short and sweet» voicemail I have changed my mind. I am a fair guy but I will not tolerate someone with an attitude like Brian, the owner, who sadly does not care about getting it right with his potential clients.

I have used these guys twice and they are fantastic. They show up on time, are courteous and deliver excellent work at a fair price. They are not the cheapest out there (nor the most expensive) so don’t call them if you are looking for the lowest price but don’t care about quality workmanship. Brian and his crew are fastidious and take pride in their work. and spend the time necessary to ensure the job is done to a very high standard of excellence.

Pleasantly surprised by the precision of the custom measurements. I had a dining room table glass cover done as well as a small table and even a picture frame. Down to the finest detail including the evenly spaced silicone bumpers between the table and glass.

Brian is really great! And I highly recommend these guys. They returned my call in a timely fashion… and were able to make it over to my property in just a couple days. My window looks great… and I will definitely be using them for any future window/​glass needs.

So happy to have found G & G. Had a slider door that shattered, they were out immediately, I got a good estimate within an hour of their visit … and they were on it when the glass started to shatter. Raced out here to help. Everyone totally professional … the work was great and I highly recommend you use them … my glass is in and looks great!

Really professional, quick and friendly staff. I left a message with three window places and they were the only ones that got back to me. the lady on the phone was so sweet and apologized for the delay in getting back to me… no need! she was the only one that got back to me and quickly. Our guy was in and out within half an hour for the repairs. If we ever have another issue I will definitely call again!

I called them twice, left a detailed message and my call was never returned. They also list an address that isn’t really theirs. Not a good way to do business.

So very pleased and fortunate to find G & G Glass! Would recommend and will absolutely use again. We discovered our very large window (8′ x 6′, single paned) had a crack, which just kept getting bigger day by day. This was an old window and not previously installed by G & G.
Due to safety, we needed to get the new glass quickly and I really wanted to get a bid from them. But it was the end of the week and they of course had other jobs, so it didn’t look promising. However, through super customer service and a great team, they were able to come quickly, assess the job and provide a great quote! We got lucky and were able to have the new, up-​to-​code glass installed a few days later.
The on-​site fellers were efficient (despite the old window gunk of a by-​gone era,) very personable, professional and all around I trusted them being in my home. They cleaned up and left us with a beautiful window.

I work for a construction company and our usual glass subcontractor was too busy to help me out on a small project. I contacted G&G and they were amazing. They had someone out the same day I called, sent me the quote that night, and were able to meet my short deadline. I had called other companies as well but none were nearly as responsive or professional as G&G. We will be using this company a lot more in the future.

I’m ecstatic! Everyone at G&G Glass was wonderful. They are friendly, honest and do great work. They were not only the most professional and (seemingly) trustworthy of the the companies I invited to give me a quote for a new glass shower enclosure, but they also ended up giving me the best price!
A week after coming in to measure and quote, my glass was done and it’s gorgeous!

They sincerely want you to call if you have any questions or concerns. They have been to our home several times, including an emergency visit. We received several estimates from places for custom made glass shower door and G&G had the best price. The workmanship was top quality, installation was super easy, quick, and love the door. Most of all, Brian, the owner is a super friendly, nice, patient person. He answered all my questions, is really knowledgeable and just overall a great person to deal with. He is also on time, and really set up the door nicely even cleaning it till there were no spots left. The receptionist lady (forgot her name) is also very nice, friendly, and on top of her stuff. This place came recommended to me by a friend and Ill definitely keep recommending them to others.

I would recommend G&G Glass and Mirror to everyone! I had a small job to replace a broken window. I received 3 quotes, and G&G Glass was the most reasonable. From the time I called for the quote to the completion of the job, this company performs with the utmost integrity. Polite, punctual, tidy and they cleaned up before leaving my home. Brian, the owner, did a great job… he even rolled back my white rug so he wouldn’t walk on it! You can’t go wrong with this company!

I got 5 quotes and the highest rediculous quote was 3 times higher than G & G. I made an appointment for a consultation. Brian was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He really knows his craft. Amazing service and product for a fantastic value.
