In 1997 Georgina Cates was given a Leica. She put in a roll of black and white film and there it began. She is now a renowned photographer whose work has been shown and published throughout the world.

Working with Georgina is as good as it gets and a rewarding experience in itself. I wanted something different and striking for my headshots (as everyone does), and Georgina completely exceeded my expectations — I couldn’t have asked for better. She is inspiring, energetic, and wonderful to work with and will stop at nothing to capture your persona as a person and as an actor. She is very trustworthy and really makes you feel at home throughout the entire experience to ensure the best quality photos. Georgina is an incredible photographer. She has shot my last two sets of headshots, my demo reel and countless self-​tapes. I am a very shy person in front of the camera and she has been the only photographer that has made me feel comfortable enough to open up and be myself. Her amazing work speaks for itself, she doesn’t just capture photo’s she captures the soul and essence of every person she shoots. Not only is she an amazing photographer but she is also an amazing person and I guarantee you that you will feel at ease when in her studio. She is so much fun to be around especially when she is doing what she loves. Her headshots are the only headshots of mine that have gotten me into casting rooms in LA and I couldn’t thank her enough for having the ability to capture me in such a way that shows who I truly am. Her shots get you in the room. I can’t recommend Georgina enough. I’ve shot with countless photographers in LA over the years and Georgina is frankly the only one who gets what an actor goes through and will take the time, hours even, to get to know you before you shoot. She will stop at nothing to capture your essence in each photo and it’s so much fun along the way. She is hilarious, loving and encouraging and will do what it takes to make sure you get the shots that both you and your reps are excited about.
