House of Bonjour

We come here once or twice a week. Food is good, try the rogalach. Cozy inside. If you’re Israeli you’ll feel at home. :)

This little restaurant has great food and a nice atmosphere.
My boyfriend and I came here for breakfast yesterday, and I couldn’t have been happier. I ended up getting a spinach and cheese danish-​type thing, and my bf got the 3 egg breakfast. Both were fantastic, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Also, their powdered date dessert that is packaged on the counter was incredible. Try it with some Starbucks: D

Great restaurant! My girlfriend invited me there to check it out. They have new owners and they treated us like a king and a queen. I was served with a wraplike sandwitch and she ordered a garden salad. It was not only delicious and filling we also had some left overs to take home, almost half of the serving.

My wife and I had lunch here today. We split a salad and sandwich. The garlic dill dressing for the potatoes was tasty. The food was delicious. The service was prompt. The staff was friendly. This lunch definitely hit the spot, and we will be back!

I went to bonjour for breakfast and had the shakshuka plate. It was delicious and very traditional. Service was excellent. I’m definitely going back next time I go to valley.

Good food but, the people who work here are R-​U-​D-​E!
The first time I went in I was placing my order and right in the middle of it the guy helping me out, he all of a sudden stopped to talk to someone else who came into to the restaurant. They carried on a conversation and he NEVER came back to me! In fact someone else working there noticed what happened and she finished taking my order.
The second time, the girl was just flat out unfriendly. It seemed like she wasn’t even interested in my business.
If their food wasn’t good, I probably would have only given them 1 star.

They have excellent French toast and their lattes were delicious. The staff was also very friendly. I will definitely come back.

Yes, it’s a hole in the wall and Israelis are infamously rude, but it’s great food. The Tunisian sandwich and the burekas are very authentic. The problem is that I have to go to the valley when I can get burekas right here in the city.

Great food. The nish nish pates is a sampling of little salads that just taste great. The pastries are pretty good too. Nice little neighborhood place to eat or have a coffee.

A great place if you want a quick light breakfast for about five dollars. The green tea has fresh mint leaves in it, and the smoothies are really good. The full breakfasts can be a little pricey, but are very satisfying. My non-​kosher friends enjoyed the food because of the Tunisian /​Moroccan spices. You have to love the atmosphere too. Israeli women and Israeli soccer playing on the plasma TVs.

We had a family affair today at our home with some kosher guests and decided to use House of Bonjour, a totally kosher take-​out restaurant. Jewish deli platters can get old sometimes…
What a wonderful alternative for kosher ordering! The owners are a mix of Tunisian/​Israeli so the menu has so many delicious items. We ordered four baguette sandwiches (Subway party style… long sandwiches cut into smaller pieces): talapia, tuna, egg salad and eggplant. Everyone was in heaven. Each one was unique with different spreads and vegetables, yum. We also had the avocado goat cheese salad… exceptionally good!
We were so happy with the food and everyone left very satisfied asking where the food was from. Excellent.
