In-N-Out Express Car Wash

I love coming to this car wash. I always get the Royal Wash. I have two different vehicles I take here. I have a sedan & a truck and they both get cleaned very well with the Royal wash. I also like that they have several vacuuming stations where I can park and vacuum out my vehicle at no extra charge. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Best car Wash ever in north Hollywood. It’s always a lot of customers… They have everything what you need to clean your car. I recommend all my friends to come here if they need any car wash

I rate in n out car wash on Sherman way and Fulton the best drive thru in the valley because they have a pretty neat set up and the first car wash I seen with a dry cloth wiper that does it for you in the end!

I have been here a few times to wash my car. It’s pretty simple and the prices are reasonable. I do notice some spots left behind and isn’t as clean as I would like but I guess you pay for what you get. I usually come during the happy hour but it can become overly crowded and there is a limit on vacuuming time. They do have ample vacuuming slots which is a plus.

Great place to get your car washed! Great service, nice new location, great prices. This is the only place in town that I get my ride washed at. This place makes my car look brand new again.

I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel like this definitely needs some attention :/

My mom swears by this place, and had recommended it to me multiple times before, so I decided to give it a try. I am so utterly dissatisfied with having gone to this place. And should have figured so from a business that ONLY posts photos of their expensive high end cars going through the wash (as if anybody in their right mind with a high-​end car would go here, in the first place. Not really sure what the business is trying to achieve by posting these photos, honestly).
Okay, so when I pulled up to the window (where you pay), they had a promotion that said «$ 2 off royal wash if you review us on Unilocal!», when I asked about how it worked, he insisted he couldn’t do anything because it had to be done BEFORE driving up to the window, like the customer was supposed to know that off the bat. He was rude and standoffish and definitely didn’t represent the company well.
This wasn’t so bad as what followed next, though. My car didn’t need a crazy, supreme, intense wash, so I decided to go with the least expensive wash. The first thing I noticed going into the car wash tunnel was the super low pressure. I thought this was strange because even the gas station washes have a more decent soap, lather and wash consistency with higher pressures. As soon as I stepped out to vacuum my vehicle, I noticed my car was still dirty!!! I had the SAME specs of dirt I had before going into the wash. I completely understand I didn’t choose the middle or higher end selection, but seriously?!? So frustrating when you are a paying customer who visits a business and they don’t deliver. Not even at a half measure.
The most disappointing thing is that I had to go home and wash my car myself! It was only $ 6 and what’s the big deal, right? It kind of unfair that this business gives you an ultimatum in choosing the more expensive wash in order to get a decent wash.
Sure I won’t be returning ever again, and will definitely advise my friends and family to avoid this place as well.

Come here weekly! Great staff and they make it so easy to get my car washed. It’s inexpensive and does a great job

Rather insulting for clerk to be asking for ID on a $ 6 car wash??? Seriously? Just lost a weekly customer.

Very happy with this place. My car gets washed and im n out very fast. I have noticed the brushes in this carwash do not scratch my car and the vacuums work really well. Place is well maintained and easy to come in and exit. Been coming here for a month now once a week and so far love it earned my business for life!!!

Very friendly staff and helpful too. Nice car wash. Careful when driving in to not scratch your rim! I was nervous putting the wheel in line with the wash. It’s a decent wash. I think I expect too much thinking every spot will be out but I got the same kind of wash that I do when I go to «hand wash» place. I got the $ 12 wash for 10 with a check in which was pretty awesome.
I will go back. I’ll buy the month pass m. Seems totally worth it.
I really like the vacuums bring your supplies to dry your car for those water drips that lag after the blowdry.

I just got a monthly pass to try it out I been there 2 times so far and both times they been great even the guy at window is very friendly I recommen this place it’s not to busy and even when it is .its pretty quick

Car Wash is good Car Wash but I got very not happy customer service I’ll be coming over and over and over and over spending money and I have a monthly pass as well and one time I went there to use the vacuum system only. security guard came to me say you cannot do that you have to wash your car then used a vacuum system, that owner is going to charge me a dollar or two dollars I don’t remember.
for using this system it’s fine dollar to dollar but it’s not fair doing your own customers that always comes to your business.
I Stop going there I also disconnect my monthly pass and I so I also told my friends that how they treat their customers. Not nice it’s not about the money it’s about the principle

Very unprofessional guest services. I filed a report regarding scratches and dents made by the machines, then I Spoke to manager Sam regarding this concern. They said they have cameras but failed to let me see the footage that they have.
To SAM’s response:
How would they know exactly which ones were made prior to entering the machines since it was a couple of them not only one or two. I would really love to get access to the surveillance just to confirm it in my side.

Discriminating policies. Monthly basic wash $ 19.99 but if u go with UBER sticker, the price goes $ 60.00. Why?
Definitely not a place to give business. Agree with all 1 star reviews and that puts question on good reviews.

This place is a no star. They litteraly kick you out after 5 mins. Didnt even finish drying my car
Wishy wash express car wash is way better its on sherman way & van nuys. That place is actually bigger not like this place where you can only fit like 7 cars lol

Friendly staff and Best car wash in town will always recommend.
Royal wash is always my choice
