Jack In The Box

I only do drive thru here, because I typically would go after work past 3am and just want to get some health food and go home. I don’t know his name, but there is a manager that tends to work graves with glasses and has an accent I can’t quite pinpoint. He us, unquestionably, the nicest, friendliest manager I have seen at any restaurant, of any kind, including every restaurant I’ve worked in. Every time I’ve seen him he’s smiling and upbeat, and he goes far out of his way to be nice to his customers and employees.
The food is the same as any Jack in the Box, but that guy has made this location «my» Jack in the Box.

Been here 2 times with my roommates. Of course I don’t expect a lot for a late night spot that’s 24/7…HOWEVER both times I’ve been here they have messed up my order TERRIBLY! Ripped me off both times and only gave me half my order. DO NOT order tacos, because you will never get them. Late night employees can barely speak English either… I mean I’ve been to plenty of fast food places but have never had anyone screw up as bad as these guys. CHECK your order as soon as you get it. Good luck.

Service was bad the cashier (Valeria) was moody and she either took my order wrong or they made it wrong I order a breakfast Grande sausage burrito and only came with egg and ham! 1^st time at this location and last time.

haven’t had jack in the box in a while and was really craving it. got my meal and I’m pretty sure it gave me a bit of food poisoning so that’s awesome. never getting food from here again. sticking to McDonald’s and Carl’s.

I came in this morning to get some orange juice into use the bathroom quickly, as I walked in the toilet is leaking, there is graffiti everywhere especially on the toilet seat. The toll of paper is thrown on the ground. With a quarter of a toilet paper in the actual toilet paper dispenser ring, how disgusting. The trashcan is utterly nasty, gross, saliva on it, dirty, broken, I can go on and on. I am so surprised that the health department has not come in yet and shut them down until they get everything fixed. I have been here 4x, 3 other times it was always through the drive-​through but my God, it is so nasty and disgusting I won’t let anybody even wash their hands. The inside where the seating area is has also graffiti everywhere including the Glass windows. How can management allow this? How can management allow people graffiti on the glassware it so easily to see? Who is running the store? Does anybody care? I also have to say that you get a lot of homeless people there sitting in the corner passed out, trust me I am all for helping out the homeless and even buying them a meal but not when you walk in and it smells like sewage. I will never ever ever, come here again.

The food is not healthy. It’s not even really food with all those artificial and toxic ingredients. Sorry, I had to start with that. But at 3:45am it’s nice to get the chicken sourdough club, lettuce wrap is a good option, minus the bacon and an ice mocha to drink with about 300 calories. Lots of parking. Friendly service. When there is no other option, you can find some good alternative options here that are way better than McDonald’s or Carl’s Jr. But ultimately it’s what you order. And if it’s a no way out situation and In-​n-​Out is closed, this is the best fast food option. It’s very helpful to see the calories listed right on the menu. Never tried the breakfast items. And I wish they had ice cream but their shakes totally make up for it but at a whopping 1150 calories. Also, they didn’t know how to accept apple pay but they do have a very handy credit card machine right by the cashier window. Stay healthy!

This is one of the most disgusting Jack in the Boxes I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I judge the cleanliness of the food by the cleanliness of the restrooms and the men’s room here is unspeakably filthy, smelling of human shit, with no paper towels and gang graffiti carved into the toilet seat. Also, I stood in a line of exactly 2 people for almost 15 minutes to order one simple soda («we ran out of singles» was the excuse). The tables here are sticky and disgusting. There are many fast food choices right near this one. Pass this one by for sure.

This location is run by a bunch of baboons. Ordered a regular burger and got just a dry meat and bread with NOTHING on it, except 2 jalapeños. It’s was cut in half too, wtf?
The fact that the manager doesn’t speak any English also didn’t help. Idiots

Five stars for customer service. Alma was the employee who helped me she was very nice and attentive. Food’s not so bad :)

Very limited parking. I think they only have 7 spots but you can park on the street as long as you leave within an hour.

I am truly attempting to avoid my unhealthful passion: gross, fattening, yet oh so yummy Jack in the Box.
The line at this drive thru really moves. I’ve never had to wait too long.
The food is always hot, even the fries.
When I ask for easy ice, the employees listen, rather than giving me a cup full of ice with a splash of Coke barely enough to wet the throat.
Best of all, though, and why I rank this Jack a 5: the staff is ALWAYS cheerful and upbeat, without fail. I admire people who work that hard for so little money yet keep smiles on their faces and in their voices.
To my personal trainer, if you are reading this: I swear I only slunk off to Jack in the Box once in the past month. I didn’t even binge! Got the chicken fajita pita, one of their lowest-​calorie items, and skipped on the fries.
But once I drop 15 pounds, I’m rewarding myself with an Ultimate Cheeseburger. Sooooo fattening… sooooooo greasy… soooooo gross… and SOOOOOO good…

We came here on Sunday morning with our two young kids (1 and 4) and I must say we had a good experience. We hardly ever eat out because our 1-​year old daughter will not stay still and we had planned on driving through but ended up dining in. It helped that there weren’t many people there and I think the mellow environment was conducive to us being able to have a surprisingly pleasant meal.
The dining room was clean, and interior looks recently refurbished and is quite decent actually for a fast food place. Again, It wasn’t crowded so we got our grub lickety-​split.
All in all a good experience and I’d go back.

it’s jack in the box. good menu items, good prices, and breakfast anytime you want. here is the downfall. it is always busy, not a good crowd gathering location, and it has a very small parking lot that is hard to get in and out of. sometimes the fries aren’t fresh. no one likes that. the whole experience is 3-​stars. it’s fast food.

I when to jack in the box worse service ever this girl or cashier. Suck her name was evelyn worse customer service ever. I was upset of her way of acting. She got really upset just because. I got my order confused.

Does not even deserve a star… sorry, but the worst service ever. We came in here to have fast food before our work schedule begins. We waited for over 30 minutes and to make matters worse, they kept pumpin out the food for drive thru only. Many customers were getting angry and when they asked where their food is they gave the customer an annoyed response.
They definitely had the D crew tonight here. Or F crew for Fail.

So I’ve been coming to this Jack in the Box for a long time. I have only rarely gone through the drive thru. My experience with that has not been memorable enough good or bad to comment on.
My food has been exactly how I would expect it to be at Jack in the Box. Pretty yummy and cheap with a pretty good variety. I have ordered a variety of things and never had it done incorrectly or received the wrong order.
The dining room is sometimes clean and sometimes a mess. Especially the soda machine area. The last time I was there it was a wreck, but it was cleaned while I was eating. The bathroom was not the worst, but not the cleanest. It was out of toilet paper as well on my last visit.
I have always received great customer service there, especially if one of the managers takes the order, but really everyone has been fine. I usually go in with my 7 year old daughter and they are friendly to her and patient as she orders her own food (she calls the Breakfast jack an «Egg Burger» and I usually clarify for the employee).
All around the place is «ok».

This review is based on my last experience. I ordered one thing, the girl repeated it. Looked at my food, and the ticket when I was home and it was wrong. I did receive what the ticket said, but now I’m wondering if they even grabbed the correct order. I also asked for ketchup, and received a handful of taco sauce. Not the meal I was looking forward to since it was my only meal for the day.

If you looking for good service and getting the right food, DONT GO THERE.
I came back 4 times to replace my hamburger they just don’t listen and don’t care!!! They give you whatever they feel like. The customer service is so terrible in thinking not to buy Jack in the box anymore, of you really hungry my recommendation to you, go to macdonalds.

Terrible service.
My friend also received a cold meal. When he complained, the manager ridiculed him for requiring a warmer meal. The manager also whispered in another clerk’s ear, which obviously made my friend uncomfortable with the situation. He got his money back, but the experience was disappointing and we won’t be returning to this location.
