I just moved to the valley and I needed a nail salon asap and close by and I found this gem through a Unilocal and read great things about mike and then a family member also told me about this place and mike so I had to try it and I’m in love so far!!! I did a gel manicure coffin shaped and it looks amazing! he takes his time and makes sure each nail is perfect! Thank you Mikeee!
UPDATE! I kind of chipped one of my nails and I was about to just rip my nail out and wait until it all grew evenly but I, thankfully, called Mike and he fixed my nail and its good as new!

I’ve honestly tried almost every nail salon in the valley and I can’t express how much I love how Michael does my nails. He makes sure everything is clean and even before he lets you leave. Absolutely love his work!

First time here and will never ever come back! Came for a gel pedicure. This guy didnt clean much. Didnt even use acetone to remove the old gel. He kept using the machine even thoigh i said it hurts. Also Kept telling him the sides has a lot of dry skin that needs to be taken out coz it hurts. He seems so afraid to touch my toes. I also requested for a callus removal. Didnt scrub as much as my regular place. He applied lotion to my legs while theyre wet too. Smh I couldve done it better myself at home. I am so annoyed. I feel like its not worth my money!!! This was supposed to be a moment to relax for me but I ended ip getting so stressed out. Sooo disappointed.

Stumbled across this place after getting my brows threated. Pedicure was $ 14 can’t bet that! Although its $ 1 if you don’t bring your own sandles and $ 1 credit card charge. But the woman who did my pedicure was very nice and actually wanted to have a conversation with me! Most of these places they barely speak English but here there super friendly!

Fast, friendly, and clean service! I love Linda doing my pedicure, she cleaned it so well I only come back every 3 weeks to get a new one! I highly recommend her but make sure you call in to make appointment first because she is always busy. I can’t wait to come in next week to get my pedicure done again.

After giving this place three tries (de to convenience of location) i leave disappointed every time. If you are going in for a gel manicure be aware that they have very very limited gel color selection. Anyway– this time around i had two people working on my nails, one older lady giving me my manicure and a rushed gentleman to apply my gel. The lady was sweet, but it wasnt a «manicure» she just filed my nails and cut my cuticles. No massage, no under nail cleaning, nothing. And on top of that she made my thumb cuticle bleed by cutting to much. Which kept bleeding while i was getting the gel put on, so i had dry bloody gel by my cuticle. UGH. Save your 27 $! Go some where with good reviews! This place is horrible!

I’ve been coming here for over ten years and since then, I’ve never stepped foot into another salon. Though it is not the prettiest, most upscale salon, John and Linda have always fulfilled my nail needs. I am very particular and am always watching my manicurists like a hawk… In the past I never ever left a salon satisfied and happy with my nails, but every since finding K nails, I am always happy with my nails.
John does acrylic nails. And he is my saving grace when it comes to nails. I have curvy nails that no one has been able to master until I came to John. He is able to make them look straight, even and natural– he has an eye for detail. I’ve tried countless other places and my nails come out thick, triangular and just plain scary! I ALWAYS get compliments from strangers about my nails.
Linda-​the owner– does my pedicures. She cleans my cuticles out so well– I can go more than a month without needing another pedicure. Yes, sometimes she gets in a bit too deep, but its totally worth it because I know my pedicure will last. A friend once told me a good manicure is one where the cuticles are still looking clean and trimmed after a day… And mine still look great after a week!
I can’t say much about the other manicurist because I always go to John and Linda. But according to my experience, this is a five star!

Very messy, and rude people, i was their last week did my nails they look awful, got my eye brows waxed by Linda she messed up my eyebrows its not even, i will never ever go back!!!

My go to nail place! It is very clean and the employees make you feel welcomed! They are very nice and Linda does the best mani/​pedis! The lady I usually went to for my eyebrows was not working one day so I tried out Linda and I loved it! Never going back to the old place. Definitely recommend K nails! I give them an A++++!! :)

I have been coming here since it was originally called Kim Nails! That’s more than a decade long! I have nothing negative to say about this place, I mean I’m the duchess ;). The service is great, it’s clean, and they are very friendly and welcoming. Lee and Linda do the best pedicures. John is amazing with acrylic manicures. If you want the best gel manicures, go with Michael. Everyone is fantastic and they always remember you and don’t keep you waiting around! Last but not least, they are so affordable!

Geez where do i start. I had been here a few years ago to just get my arms waxed, which I only get done maybe one or twice a year. Well it had awhile and had decided to get my arms done again here for a special occasion. I had made an appt with Linda two days prior to a Wedding I was going to attend. I was greeted and seen within minutes shown back to the wax room. We chatted while she was distracted answering phone calls back to back while she was waxing my arms, not realizing that she was not only pulling hair but also my skin. Ouch!
I had not discovered this until later in the day on how red those areas started to look and feeling irritation. I ran cool water in those areas for relief. I was so concerned that I visited urgent care the next day and had confirmed by a Doctor that I had first degree burns. I was so disappointed on how bad her service had turned out that I went back to the shop showed her my arms and my swollen upper lip and got a refund. She refused to give me her tip which was not deserved, but I let it go. One thing is for sure Linda needs a receptionist.
If she didn’t answer her phone calls while the hot wax was on my skin this would have never happened. Customers should be treated with respect and with her undivided attention in order to avoid any other incidents like these.

Did not like this place at all. I asked for mani/​pedi. I specifically told the woman to not cut the side of my nails due to ingrown toenail before. She did not listen and cut into the side of my toe nails. Uninspired hand and feet massage. Unprofessional. I will not return.

I’ve been getting my manicure and pedicure here ever since i discovered this little place. I live in the area so it’s convenient for me. Yes, they cary OPI nail polishes, and Linda is the one to ask for, she’s really friendly and she makes you feel welcome. I truly recommend.

K Nails is an awesome place to get your mancuire and pedicure done. Its cheap and they do a good job! Pedicure is only 14 bucks and mancuire is only 9 bucks!
They havea good selcetion of OPI nail polishes. I hate when I go to a nail salon and they don’t have any OPI. Their color selection is also pretty good. They don’t have a lot new summer colors. My feet always look so pretty when I’m done and the place is really clean.
It’s really a really nice atmosphere and really clean.

Recently moved and although I love my eyebrow lady, really didn’t want to make the drive to Hollywood in traffic on the 101 (usually) to see her everytime I needed my brows done. So nothing on Unilocal close enuff my friend refers me to Linda at K Nails… I made an appt, showed up 10min late, she did not hesitate took me right in and started working, She is super fast and showed me halfway thru to make sure I liked it. She does do eyebrows a little thinner than I prefer but then again I’m armenian so we like our brows a little thicker with an eminent arch like Kimmie K ;-) I let her do my brows her way, they came out looking great, she took the time out to explain to me what she had done and where I need to let hair fill in… I was happy, made an appt. for mani/​pedi for next week so will update on how I like that service as well. ****
