If you want your event to be the most jaw dropping fairy tale event ever, Hovik is your man. He does not try to scam you and is very lenient and understanding with your budget. He does not try ripping you off and its pretty hard to find someone so honest in this business. Thank you Hovik for everything you’ve done for me on my special day. I will be returning 100%.

Through out my wedding experience I realized that most vendors are not honest with you. Hovik was the only person who was so honest and trustworthy. I almost felt like my father was giving me advice for my wedding. He could have charged me so much more. He talked me out of purchasing things that weren’t necessary and he worked within my budget. I will use his again for every occasion in the future. He is the nicest man in the world and he made my wedding so magical. His work is phenomenal and rather than sending random people to do the job, he comes himself and makes sure it gets done. Thank you so much Hovik for being so wonderful!!!

Our wedding was on May 31, 2014 at the Century Plaza. Hovik delivered everything as promised and on time. I shopped around for prices and Hovik’s were the best. He will work with you based on your budget.

I wish there was a 0 or negative rating available on Unilocal.Hovik the owner of LA event & Design ruined my wedding ceremony back in 2009. We met with him three times prior to the wedding. Since we saw how busy he was and each time he could not remember what we had talked about regarding the design of the Alter, we even printed out color pictures of what we wanted and hand delivered it to him. Every time he assured us he would execute as planned. No one behold when we walked in to the ceremony room in the hotel, the alter absolutely WAS NOT we had asked for. It was made so cheap looking. We felt so embarressed and humiliated. But it was too late to do anything about it on the night of our wedding. When we confronted him after the wedding he still could not remember what we were talking about, He said he was doing 5 weddings that night and could not remember us and even then we should not be picky. He still wanted us to pay his invoice in full or he would take us to collections.

This man knows how to drop jaws with his amazing work at parties. The detail he put behind my 18^th bday was beautiful! you can let him handle everything knowing 100% it will turn out perfectly. Contact Hovik you won’t regret it
