I’m so done with dealing with the snot faces at Imperial Tile. Especially when the Federal Marble Bros guys, (go see Chito, he’s the best!) are so nice and helpful and zero attitude– not to mention GREAT PRICES! They have a well organized showroom to browse the options. Sure you aren’t finding Ann Sacks or Mission Tile West type tile here, but they have more than enough high end options that can make your project really sing. Seriously though their prices can’t be beat. I will probably never set foot in another tile store again.

My wife and I have been shopping for floor tiles for the longest time and finally found a place that offered us a selection that was amazing. Marble bros offered us a huge assortment of porcelain and ceramic tile and natural stone from all different sizes and colors that we can think of. Going through the store was like being in a candy store that offered all kinds of goodies. The staff was great and was very helpful and the product knowledge of this group was incredible. We found the kitchen tiles that we wanted to and we are very satisfied with the pricing and the quality of what we chose. We will for sure come back for the rest of our house. This store was recommended by my contractor and it was worth the drive coming from the other side of the hill.

A couple years ago I went to Marble Bros looking for some materials for a bathroom remodel and have been a repeat customer ever since. Great service and a complete selection from travertine to white thassos, I have been able to get it all… and whatever they didn’t have in stock, they were able to special order within a few days. Great selection of in stock materials at great prices. Lots of flooring and mosaic tile options — ceramic, glass, travertine and marble options. I needed something right away, so this place delivered exactly what I needed. It looked like their special order selection was amazing too. Great customer service. Good prices. Five stars.

Shocked by all the positive reviews of this place. I went on the recommendation of Unilocal reviews and found both the selection and the service lacking. Seemed a bit disorganized, very little is labeled, «service» seemed like a hassle to them. Also, they «don’t do samples.» What? Went just down the street and found just what I needed, including great customer service.

After having a bad experience next door to these guys, I was so glad to have had a pleasant experience here. Walked in and got the service and products I needed in under 15 min. I even got good advice and a pleasant attitude.

If you are picking up an order, make sure you call ahead, so they can get the order ready for you.

Great selection of tile and natural stone. My husband and I we really shopped around looking for what we needed to remodel our kitchen and floors and this was the place where we got the best price and the best customer service from Josh (too bad he is not longer working here). We bought all the porcelain tile, glass back splash and quartz slabs for our kitchen our project around September last year. Josh went above and beyond for us. Since we got great customer service then, I went back about two or three weeks ago to look for the stone i need for a smaller project in my house. Although the lady who helped me was nice and helpful, my first experience was the best. I will still buy the stone I need now from them.

Great selection in huge warehouse for kitchen and bathroom tiles in carrera marble, travertine, porcelain, limestone. Also supplies uncut Caesarstone at very reasonable prices. My contractor referred me and I was able to find all I needed for my bath and kitchen tile work. I went in with a photo of what I wanted and worked with Josh for two hours as he patiently made recommendations that followed my description. Josh is very good at following up with you also, to keep you updated on the status of your tile arrival if it is not in stock. After my contractors were done with the job and I had some remnant samples leftover, I was able to return the unopened ones without any problems, which is a huge plus when you are estimating tile needs. Many other locations did not offer that level of service so I appreciated that Federal Marble did. I will be coming back here for all my future tile needs.

Maximum it takes is 2 days to order stuff if they don’t have it.

Finding the right material for a home remodel can be stressful but you can count on Federal Marble if your looking for value. Our contractor recommend them and we can see why. They have a great selection with very competitive prices. Also they were one of the few places I found that had a good selection of colors if you are looking for pre-​fab quartz stone for a kitchen or a bathroom countertop. I did a lot of shopping around and Federal Marble is definitely worth checking out.
Be sure to ask for Josh. We spent several hours with him over the course of two days and he really helped us get what we’re looking for while staying within our budget.

I was directed to this place by one of my friend who happened to be their customer from few years back. She was very satisfied with the customer service and she was correct. Originally I went there to check out their inventory because I wasn’t 100% sure about what I wanted, but I met with Farouk and he helped me out a lot. He is the manager. He was very knowledgeable and patient, I ended up getting a very good deal.
