I love this furniture store, I went on Wednesday bout formal dining set very reasonable price, Tony was great and very helpful. They delivered on Friday fast service the delivery people were professional and very nice. I recommend this place to all friends, I want to go today to buy matching buffet for my beautiful dinning set.

My family has been buying furniture from maxims for about 15 years now. I finally got my own place and recently bought a dining room table with chairs. I am so impressed with the prices and quietly. John is so smart and has a wonderful eye. He helped me out so much, I was confused as to what size and shape to buy and he gave me several ideas and showed me tons of different types of tables and chairs. They have a bunch of magazines from which you can order furniture from as well. I ordered my dining room set on Tuesday and got it on Friday. So excited. Yay! Thanks maxims ! I will defiantly go back. I highly recommend them!

I have to say I am impressed. Went in on a Wednesday and had all my furniture delivered that Friday morning! Great customer service from beginning to end! A lot of furniture to choose from in their showroom not to mention all the catalogs they have that you can order from! I will definitely be back for more beautiful stuff to add to my home!

If it hadn’t been for the Armen Living Mad Hatter chairs, we might never have found Maxim’s Furniture. We had been searching online for some cool high back dining chairs and found out that we could order them through a local store called Maxim’s. In the meantime, we learned that we could order other furniture, even if they didn’t carry it in the store. We ended up getting a great price on several pieces from Tony, including a floor model buffet that matched the dining table we ordered and a sofa and chair, also from Armen Living. Tony is a pleasure to deal with, replying quickly to my emails, trying to help us find the perfect dining table, and making sure our deliveries went smoothly. Both of our deliveries, so far have been handled by Patrick and Sebastian, who are terrific. They were punctual, and took their time making sure all of our pieces were delivered carefully. Overall, it has been a genuinely great experience dealing with Tony at Maxim’s and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Maxim’s will definitely be our first stop for furniture in the future, and just because you don’t see a piece on the floor, be sure to ask! Tony can find just about anything for you, either online or in catalogs.

I love this furniture store… I have been going here for 20 years!!! I am always satisfied with my furniture, John the owner is so great that the return policy is easy, If you walk in and do not see what you need, there are catalogs to pick from. Trust me you will not be sorry.

The BEST furniture store in town. I love coming here bc they have GREAT service and lots of variety to choose fr. They been around for over 20 years that tells you a lot.

I bought the bed, dining set (table, chairs and a bench) and a sofa from john. All customized and all came out great. John was really good at making sure everything was delivered on time and even called me next morning to make sure I was happy with the furnitures.
Really high quality furnitures for a decent price. Will be back to order some more.

I will never buy anything from here again! I bought all my furniture from here brand new when I got married last year.
When bed arrived, it had black mold all over it! Disgusting! To top it off the frame gave us a lovely bed bug infestation. (Evidence based on Orkin technician saying the age of the infestation predates when I bought it. 5 months into it, my couch broke when I sat on it normally. I weigh under 200lb… They wouldn’t even fix it unless I paid.
Ridiculous. I will never go here again.

Maxims furniture is the best furniture store ever!!! Both John and Tony are super awesome. I bought a new house and needed furniture for every room. I knew exactly what I wanted but couldnt find it anywhere affordable for my budget. John was able to get me everything I was looking for and custome made some pieces that were too pricey. I was so affraid that I wouldnt like some of the stuff being made since I never saw them but once I received them I couldnt be happier. Better then I expected! Love every piece of my furniture. Thank you John!!! :*

This is the best mattress and furniture store in Los Angeles — hands down. I found a mattress that I wanted — it cost $ 1300 in the store I saw it in. I called Maxim’s and spoke with John, the owner, on the phone, and I cannot tell you the price he offered me for the exact same mattress — which he carried — but I will tell you that I drove miles and mile to pay him immediately for this mattress.
I have never met a nicer more honest businessman — I would happily send anyone I know and love right over to John after this experience. I also have never felt happier paying someone money! I actually called another furniture store after I first spoke to John, and they carried this same mattress that I wanted — and after I told him the price that John offered me they literally told me that I’d better get over there and fast, because they could not believe the price he offered me. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I finally am able to afford my dream mattress! Thank you John.

When I need any furniture piece, this is where I go. Everyone is great there, but Tony is the best! My mom and I know him 4 years now and every time we need a piece of furniture, we go straight to Tony. I should mention, that my mom is not an easy customer, plus she is very picky, and Tony handles her with so much patience, courtesy, and respect, that mom calls him «Tony, my son».
Tony symbolizes great customer service. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly very accommodating.

Thanks to Unilocal I have found the best mattress and furniture store in North Hollywood!!! Service was great. We got more than what we expected when going searching for a mattress set. I had heard horror stories and was very skeptical. Please check them out if you need any major purchase.
