I refinished/​restained my floors with Fabian, the young owner of ModernHardwood. At first, I wasn’t sure whether to go with someone that had no online reviews. But after meeting Fabian, I got the impression that he was an honest, hard worker that knew what he was doing. I think one thing that I really liked was that the guy I was meeting was the one that actually worked on the floor. He and his guy did an excellent job of covering everything, redoing the floors, and cleaning up. He also went the extra mile in stabilizing the floor underneath my washer and dryer and redoing the countertop in my kitchen to match the new color of the floors.
The price was right and he did a good job — he really knew what he was doing.
