I LOVE this market WOW! Beautiful and friendly service never had a bad time here! The wide variety of fruits and vegetables is amazing! Fruits I’ve only had and seen in Europe and other places around the world and the freshest produce I’ve ever seen! The meat and deli department is absolutely wonderful and clean they have anything you want from exotic meats to specialty bbq you can order and have it ready for pick up! Pastries are wonderful and recently moved to a new location that has the best pizza and sandwiches I’ve ever had! It’s called Lilit Bakery and Café on Victory Blvd. Overall you can see the passion and quality the owners put into their work and try to leave all their customers happy! I recommend this Market to anyone who appreciates fresh quality produce and meats rather then going to a Ralphs or something buying mediocre produce that has gone bad!

My family has been shopping here since it was opened. It’s well organized and very clean market not to mention the quality. This review is specifically for the guys in the meat department, Haik & Ruben. We’ve been ordering loup de mer fish(European seabass) from them, they marinate and bbq it and it simply tastes amazing! We’ve ordered fish from Whole Foods before as well but the truth is Haik & Ruben are experts at what they do without doubt and not sharing this would not be fair. Thank you!

This is a Armenian market place. The staff here don’t know the simple things like which one is an Armenian rice. There pastry are delicious and hotdog. Some of there fruits and vegetables are cheap. Other then that this store is pricely

Excellent grocery store, fair prices, fresh food, kind staff. I love the assortment of fresh vegetables, the tomatoes alone are worth going here for. Try their eggplant caviar if you haven’t already – it’s one of my favorites. The butchers are also very knowledgeable, ask them for advice.

This is such a fun, affordable shop near my house. It is my new go-to store for groceries because of the amazing deals. It has a wide variety of different meat selections and I love the prices on produce. It’s always fun walking down the aisles because you’ll find ethic foods that are interesting and fun! Very mom and pop type store, but I love the diversity. And as a fellow minority… I can’t get over the bang for my buck! Saving that money so I can afford those freakishly expensive eggs lol

I love this market. The prices are amazing. You will find all of the fruits and vegetables are fresh and most organic and locally grown. The deli is my favorite. They also have a meat dept. With a butcher etc… but I don’t do meat. The bakery looks pretty awesome also, l however ive never tried anything from there yet. Great place to shop… I highly recommend it. Great customer service.

This is a small and very well stocked Armenian-Russian store. These guys have the best«piroshki» in the valley. Seriously! Great fresh baked breads! Nice produce department. The place is very clean, neat and friendly.

This place IS the place to go for food. That includes meat Frits and veggies and all kinds of cold cuts and cooked food too that are all so delicious and very convenient Soo I don’t know what is the fuzz all about. They have the nicest customer service that you can imagine oh I know you guys don’t know how to spell customer correctly maybe that’s it. Great place to walk in and get your dinner if you just came out of work and going home. So what else do you want? And the parking has been widened lately too. I enjoy shopping here so should you !!!

I bought a bottle of drink opened it at home in front of people sitting at the table and it was spoiled it was a year and half old expired WOW. So I gave another chance and went on my bday to by bbq meat and deli customer service was really bad the butcher came to help other people next to me instead of me being my turn just Bkz they thought I was not Armenian so they choose to help Armenian customers first not knowing I’m Armenian and I understood what they were talking about me WOW. So the meat I got from deli ended up being spoiled and me and my wife got sick after eating it never again STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACEIF U DONTWANNAGETSICKONSPOILEDFOOD&ANDRACIESTEMPLOYEES.

Worst costumer service ever and racist! The cashier smiles at everyone else who’s middle eastern. But once it was my turn, her smile disappeared and her tone changed instantly! This has happened in numerous occasions, not just once! Will never go back there again!

One of my favorite markets in North Hollywood … Fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and deli. The staff however(specially at the deli) very rude… I wish they can improve their customer service skills

This is an absolutely lovely market. Its obviously a small, word-of-mouth type of business. Tonight I was on the way to my friends party in North Hollywood, and realized I didn’t have anything to bring. I stopped by this market figuring I could hopefully find some cupcakes or something else to snack on. Inside though, I found a rather unimposing small market that also specializes in Armenian /Mediterranean food. I was able to find a variety of rollable breads, as well as several different delicious looking tips. I chose eggplant caviar, garlic spread, and hummus. All were delicious and quite inexpensive. The staff working at the bakery were incredibly sweet and very helpful. Very charming place. They helped me pick out exactly what I wanted to bring to this party and within my price range. I chose a mix of pastries on par with what you might find at Porto’s, but much more affordable! If you happen to be in this neighborhood and are looking for something a little different, don’t hesitate to stop by here. I’m sure you will find something that will make people happy!

This is a family owned Armenian Grocery, small enough to be manageable, and to get some personalized attention, but large enough to have everything you need. Their meat department is fantastic, with great inexpensive cuts of lamb, pork, beef, poultry, and even rabbit. A portion of the meats are marinated in a tasty rub. There is also a small fish cooler which has a few good deals, especially for Sturgeon. The meat and cheese deli is also great, almost as big as) on’s. The counter person will let you taste away until you find what you want. There is also an excellent fresh bakery… and the best breads are gone fast. Try the flat bread pizza with olives… or any of the meat or cheese pies. Olive Fresh also has two rooms of great looking produce and three coolers filled with Russian and Armenian dumplings. Imported canned goods and) ars of dips are also in abundance. For a small store they pack a lot in. Last… booze and beer. Lots of good Russian, Polish, and Armenian beers, plus shelves of other exotic alcohols. This place is fun and convenient, if you are near the neighborhood. But as good as it is, if you are more than 17 minutes away, you are probably close to a similar store. I) ust happen to love this one.
