Olympus Marble & Granite

I have been extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism that has been exhibited by this company. We recently bought and moved into a house that was advertised as having a «beautiful stacked stone» fireplace. However, within a month of living in the house and actually using the fireplace, the tile started to fall off! Upon asking the previous owners who did the work, they referred me to Olympus Marble & Granite. I have called them FOUR TIMES to talk to the installer in order to understand how we can fix this unsightly issue and they have COMPLETELY ignored my call back requests. Karen, at the front desk, keeps telling me that someone will return my call but no one ever does. So, for the sake of your sanity, never use this company. Not only is their work clearly shoddy, they have absolutely no accountability for their performance. I guess I will now try to find a real professional to fix the job.

My kitchen is beautiful thanks to the masterful installation of my quartz counters travertine backsplash and porcelain tile floor. Yoni is a patient, pleasant, accommodating and honest business man, who didn’t exceed his quote and honored all his commitments. His installers are top notch, especially Juan, who is not only highly skilled and the kindest person, but came back whenever called to make
whatever wasn’t — perfect.
