Love love love love this place. Yes, all the rumors are true but who gives a sh*t when you’re getting clothes that cheap?!? Undeniably, you will buy a thing or two on each trip that won’t fit. But think about it, you wasted $ 3 or $ 6 to save a crap-​ton on other items. And yes, the customer service is non-​existent. ‘Nuff said. Other than those couple hang-​ups, it’s still a great place to get your basic tanks, leggings, whatnots. Definitely worth a quick, or lengthy, perusal.

Sure, clothes are cheap here but here’s why. They stab giant censors in the middle of everything, clutching the front and back of each garment together so you can’t try it on. If you ask if they can remove the censor to see if it fits they tell you no, you can’t try on anything. So after they destroy every garment they sell by stabbing these needled censors through them, you have to guess if anything is going to fit or if the fabric will be damaged after you pay for it and the censor is removed. Yes, they may have some brand name clothes but the reason I wanted to try things on was because nothing seemed to match the size on the tag which is how I bet they got everything so cheaply — it’s all sized incorrectly.
I don’t care if your clothes are $ 1-​$ 3, if I can’t try it on and you’re going to be rude I don’t want to shop here anyway. I hope this place closes and something better opens soon, these type of stores are the reason north Lankershim is an eyesore to be avoided.

This place has the worst customer service. Yes you can get a few cute things for cheap but the people here are rude and condescending and your better off shoppping at a different location.

I used to shop in others places with discount prices, but since this company open with the awesome price $ 2.99 or down I don’t have to shop any other place no more!!! I was there a couple days ago, hearing the stupid complaining of the lady about her «lost» purse. First, she was on the cell phone, second complaining about the clearly policy they have in front about mannequin display, third: exchange/​return policy. We are responsable for our stuff, not the staff working there. If u act like a stupid paranoic, is you, not the rest of the people. Pls read the signs they have around the store, then I never saw or heard that the employee enforced her to buy ANYTHING!!!
Such a BIG LIAR, with your review lady. Get a life. If u don’t like it, go and take yourself to an expensive place that you can pay at least the service you are requesting. I work for ROSS and company do not enforced me to help people to find certain size, coz obvi. We are a discount store too!!! That’s why the prices there, helloooo!

I have been coming to this location ever since it first opened and I love this place! The store is nice and organized I am surprised how the staff are able to maintain it clean having all those shipments every single day of new products. I do suggest you be patient and enough time to look through the clothes. They have a no try on policy which I don’t mind everyone should know their size lol and a no refund policy so make sure check the products before u purchase. The staff are very nice and helpful. I once lost my cell phone and wallet thank god one of the girls saved it and returned my belongings! Overall I love this place who doesn’t love a bargain! The staff are nice and that is also a reason why I keep going to this store is awesome! Love it.

Had a horrible experience here. I misplaced my purse and asked one of the ladies if they had seen it and they said no. I left and called them to tell them that I was going to report my purse as stolen/​lost. I asked them if they had security cameras, and they said that they could not access them ! After I asked for their managers phone number, the corporation number and told them that I was going to the police ! I received a phone call from one of the workers saying that she «found» my purse! I went to go pick it up and she told me that she found it behind the register, that somehow I left it there. What a lie. First of all there is no way that I could have left it behind the register. I don’t have access to their registers or that area. Be careful here ! I looked inside my bag and everything was there but I could tell that they had gone through it. The employees here are liars and are not trustworthy. Be careful when you shop here. Beware of these employees and take care of your belongings. Never coming to this location again.

My mother needed a dress for a wedding look for a month everywhere found nothing everywhere happened to go into the store found a beautiful long maxi dress for $ 2.99 and the dress was a big hit at the wedding everyone stopped her and told her how beautiful she was.
juniors is the predominant items. But they are adding adult sizes and building there plus sizes
They get clothes every day new delivery new item. I go every week and it seems like a new store each time. the more you go the more you find your sizes.
most items $ 2.99 everything else is either a dollar or two dollars sunglasses lipgloss baby gift more like clothes and blanket combo thing for the new babies. lots of shoes lots of kids shoes.
bikinis underwear bathing suits pants shirts dresses jewelry purses lots of different stuff you must go in there with patients an open mind time on your hands and look at each item to make sure no defects or tears the items are closeout.
designer items as well but you have to come through each thing in the store to find the hidden treasures every week I think I’m going to spend $ 10 and I walk out spending $ 30 I have already gotten gifts for other people clothes for my son and my husband cloths and a lot of friends and all of them have loved the store too I have been loyal to this location only shopping here even though I want to see the other location I’m nervous of what I will find and how much I would buy

Absolutely love this place. It’s super affordable and they have really cute things. I come in every week or so and they’re always having new things. Some places have really reduced sizes but not here, which is a plus! I never leave empty handed!

Awesome spot for affordable clothes. Just keep an eye when ringing out. Sometimes they dont give you the discounted price. Will come back often.

This store is my new budget mecca for clothes. I got a dress I wore to the Daytime Emmys here for $ 3…they really do have everything fashion-​wise without breaking the bank. They accept credit card, but you will need your photo ID.

I love this place! Super affordable, cute styles of clothes! And some stuff from Urban Outfiters has ended up here. I snatch up those pieces so fast! Yes please!!! :)
