Prime Hardwood Floors

Wow ! Not only did David from Prime Hardwood Floors do a fabulous job on the old oak floors in my 1925 bungalow (and a great price also) I received a handwritten thank you note for my business and a Starbucks gift card !!! What a great way to do business ! I hope everyone who needs floor refinishing sees my review and doesn’t bother get bids from anyone else– they are terrific !!

I would like to thank the owner David for being punctual and on time to our initial meeting, this shows a great deal of professionalism, courtesy and respect for his potential clients. After meeting with David, he displayed his obvious knowledge and expertise in his trade, he is a true student of his craft, and help me greatly in determining what was to be done to rehabilitate my floors and bring them back to better than new. The workers that showed up to my home were also extremely punctual and professional and displayed a huge amount of respect for my home, the work that they did was excellent, and I would not hesitate to refer this company in a heartbeat. thank you so much prime for upholding all of the terms of my contract, you gave me great work at a fair price, and I will absolutely use you again for any further projects at my home.

We had our kitchen floors redone. We installed engineered hardwood onto concrete board. The job took two days from start to finish with removal and disposal of the old tile. The work was done in a first rate manner by three workers who were very professional and efficient. We were very happy with the high quality results given the very reasonable price. I cannot recommend these guys any higher.

Prime went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. They patched several areas where we had removed walls and cabinets. They sanded, stained and finished the entire first floor. They taped plastic all over the built-​in cabinets and doorways and even the stairwell so it really didn’t make too much of a mess and the crew was very good about cleaning up everything. The floors look amazing and we are thrilled!

Very happy with the service and quality job I received. My floors look amazing and came out so much better than I could have imagined. Their prices were also very good. I look forward to using them again.

I bought a new house with all wood floors, all of which squeaked everywhere. Not one single bad spot … every where. David and his team came in and looked it over, and came up with a terrific approach that solved most all of the squeaks without having to rip up the floors or do any major renovation. All the other wood floor specialists I spoke to said the only thing to do would be to install new floors, at $ 11,000 or more … way out of the possibility. David’s team came in, worked quickly and diligently, fixed all the floors in the house, and without breaking the bank. Their follow-​up was superb, very customer-​focused and attentive. Can’t recommend them enough.
