We called a week in advance to make the appointment. Originally we were offered an 8:30am slot and when told we were not available at that time, the guy agrees to 10am and tells us he will call to confirm the day before the appointment. The day before goes mostly by and we here nothing, so we call. He starts texting back rather than simply returning the call and tells us that he’s miraculously now only available at 8:30am. So, basically he most likely never intended to honor the 10am time, just figured we’d agree to it last minute. So we cancelled. This ridiculous bait and switch prevented me from booking someone else who would actually show up at the time they agreed to. So now, I have to wait another week with a dirty car because this guy couldn’t honor his appointment times.

Terrific hand wash. My car was spotless inside and out. And it’s so great that he comes to your house to do it for not much more than most hand car washes. Super nice guy too. The air freshener he uses is really strong, so let him know if you prefer no air freshener.
