Their pricess are so high. Placed an order for 70 the basket was so small it looked like I only paid 20. not to mention that they charge 8 for delivery. i called to complain and instead of apologizing she was very rude and said that her customers are happy. Well as a customer I am very disappointed. Trust me people spend ur money somewhere else.

Came in here to place an order. The girl who greeted me at the counter after I was in the store for 5 minutes was very rude and careless. Not to mention they have bells on their doors to hear customers who come in.
She was more preoccupied with being on her iphone and texting than to actually provide customer service. I asked if they would be able to create something for me, and she basically stated that they could not because they would close shortly. Hey I’m a manager I understand closing times. If she wasn’t to curt and rude with her delivery I’d have no problem. Didn’t even take an order for next day or anything. Seriously, i’m not asking you to make it right here and now.
If this is how they treat a potential customer, I don’t know how they would treat you when you actually place an order. I will never step foot into this florist again.

The first time I went to this flower shop, I was very impressed ! Ruzanna arranged a beautiful bouquet for me to purchase. After seeing how beautiful her work was I went back a few more times. Always impressed… These past couple of times I ordered flowers to be delivered from there and I was beyond disappointed! I ordered a 60 dollar arrangement at one occasion and it looked sooo cheap, as if I paid 25 bucks at max, the second time I decided to order from there again giving them the benefit of the doubt and hopeful they will do a better job… I ordered a 100 dollar arrangement and it was the cheapest looking thing I’ve ever seen! There were barely any flowers in the basket. Not to mention, it took over 6 hours for them to deliver down the street …
Never ordering or purchasing flowers from
here again.

I always place my orders over the phone and give a price range for her to work with; without ever seeing the finished product. I am always impressed when I see her finished masterpiece arrive at our events. We all lead such busy scheduled lives; it feels great to not have to worry about making the time to go into to a flower shop to pick out flowers. You can just leave it to the expert who’s passion it has been for nineteen years. Thank you for sharing your talent and gifts with the world.
