Just did a walk-​in with Tito, first time there. He did a good job, the crew and spot are hip /​urban /​Latin, played cool tunes, and there was typical barbershop banter. Will return, happy with my haircut and beard trim. Thanks Tito.

Best barbershop by FAR, been coming here for years and they always take care of me, great customer service, awesome prices and simply a great atmosphere. Located very conveniently in front of North Hollywood high school.

Ok — So this review is long over due. I have been working in the Studio City/​Valley Village area a little over 2 years now and I get my hair cut twice a month, every month at Tailor’d Made on my lunch break. I am a working professional, so when I come in I am typically in my work attire (button down/​slacks) and I wouldn’t necessarily say I «fit in» with the clientele here, but I don’t come here to fit in, I come here for the meticulously detailed fade I get every time I am here.
All the barbers are really cool and I have seen a lot of them come and go over the past two years, but Benji and Allen have been staples and I trust both of them equally with my cut. Benji is my normal barber, but when he isn’t around Allen has no problems fitting my into his schedule.
Anyway, 5 stars because they put in work and take their time with all the details. I also like how they are old school with a straight razor too.

HORRIBLE customer service. I went in for a cut and it took nearly 45 min for a barber to acknowledge that I needed assistance. It almost appeared that this barbershop functions like a popularity contest. If you are a walk in and don’t know anybody or nobody knows you, you are likely NOT to get served in a timely manner. No customer should ever have to walk into a business establishment and announce that they are in need of service. Finally, after about 1 hour of waiting and continuously getting cut in line, I left. NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER

So satisfied with the service and integrity of tailored made barbershop. My boyfriend comes Tuesday of every week doesn’t miss his haircut and always has a fresh cut upon leaving. Special thanks to Tryell and Allan

One of the best shop out here in North Hollywood, as you get in you feel the cool breeze of the ac atomically making you feel comfortable. Plus the couches & the tv already makes you feel as if you’re at home. Saturday was my first time there & it won’t be my last because I found one of the best barber out there too (Tyrell). He cut my hair exactly how I wanted it bs aside not many barbers have done that for me. Call his number (818) 749‑5883 to make an appointment you won’t regret going.

I came straight from LAX to NoHo to see my old barber Bobbi and apparently he no longer worked there so one of the guys assured me he’d take care of me. In the middle of the haircut I saw in the mirror he clearly wasn’t that skilled at blending for a fade, but I let him keep on hoping it would get better. It didn’t. He asked if I wanted the beard lined up, I said sure at the top. He admittedly said he made a mistake and the left side lower than the other. I said it was fine, I was just ready to go. I usually pay $ 20, but apparently the raised the price to $ 25, and then changed me $ 10 for his lopsided beard, and a $ 2 surcharge to use a card (I’m pretty sure the surcharge was there before). I told him I wasn’t happy with the price and told him my usual rate but he said that’s what it was. I appreciate the water, just wish other aspects of the experience were handled differently.

This place is pretty dope. The barbers are all pretty friendly. As soon as you walk in there’s usually rap music bumping. My barber (Tito) recommend I get a fade, even though it was a bit out of my comfort zone at first. He ended up giving me one and I got more compliments than I’ve ever gotten on a hair cut. Naturally, I went back two weeks later and got another one… and will continue to do so. From what I’ve seen, all of the barbers are pretty good though. It just so happened that Tito was the only one available on my first visit and the rest is history.

So after browsing through barbershops around Los Angeles for 24-​hours. I checked out this barbershop photos and loved the way the blends on the fades looked and also noticed they knew how to do clean Comb Over hair cuts with the hard part which was my hair style. Coming from Seattle were I had a set barber for over 10 years it was hard for me to trust anybody else on my hair. But MY GUY ALLAN won TRUST! Best haircut I have had! Clean fade blend with the beard trim and lineup and also the Hot Shave. The SERVICE was 5-​Star for sure! Loved how he took his time on my hair and didn’t rush. Definitely worth my time and money.

I was looking for a place to get a design shaved into my sides and was impressed by the photos on the shop’s page. I am so glad I decided to try this place. Shop is clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous, professional and helpful. I am so happy with my hair! My friends loved the design. I will now be a regular and loyal customer. 5+ stars!

If you stay in the NoHo area, you have to come to this barbershop. This is hands down the best place to get a cut. Ask for Allen and he will definitely hook it up.
Not sure what look to go for? Not an issue. Allen has no problem recommending what would look best for you and your look.
The shop is clean and well maintained and the atmosphere is great. Parking is also available with no issue (keep in mind though I went on a Tuesday morning around 11am)

Ugh, needed a beard trim before a work meeting and found this place on Unilocal!They opened ten minutes late and when the door opened the place reaked of pot. Sorry, can’t go to a work meeting Dazed and Confused. Had to look elsewhere.

Coming from a city where the majority of haircut establishments are chains like Supercuts, I was hesitant to try a privately owned company. But man, am I so glad I did!
With the two TVs I feel like I’m hanging out at a friend’s house while I wait for my cut. As a plus, they’ve got a restroom that they pretty clean!
These guys are all very professional and skilled at what they do. Not only do I get a great cut but they also use razors to really square off the edges, not many places I’ve visited do that and it really adds to the cleanness.
Everyone I’ve had a cut with has been great, looking forward to many more.

Not your conventional barbershop. You walk in there & it has a real homey feeling to it. Everyone is super polite and they offer you something to drink. Once you start your haircut, you’re in for quite the experience. The attention of detail from these barbers is impeccable. They really make take their time and it seems like they’re all perfectionist with every single client. That haircut may cause only $ 20, but every time I leave with a fresh cut, I feel like a million bucks. Doesn’t matter who cuts your hair, all the stylist are very talented. I highly recommend Tailor Made.

I’m really picky with who cuts my hair but I can say the last several time I been to Moe I can’t go wrong, he’s easy to talk to when wanting to change styles Amazing at recommending styles & honestly I get compliments every time I get my hair cut so saying that I don’t think you can go wrong by choosing Moe !

My son usually hates gettin haircuts but he really enjoyed his today.
Bobby was very nice, patient and friendly made my son laugh most of all made my him feel comfortable.

Best place to get a haircut in the SFV area. I’ve tried almost every popular barbershops around the east valley, but hands down, this place is one hundred! The staff is welcoming and funny. I’ve been coming here since November of 2012 and I’m always coming out feeling fresh.
