Vapor Delux – North Hollywood

Howdy! I first met Curtis when I just walked in the door and a lovely phillie from my home state of Louisiana was helping me.
Curtis gave me some practical advice as I try to quit being the Marlboro Man. Great advice!
So my lovely hometown lady said I should start off on the Cowboy Brand of Juice. Yee Haw! Sounds right to me. So, I did.
And as it is not my first rodeo, I come and visit for more. I bring my saddle, belly up to bar and watch a little sports while I unwind from a long day. Met Ryan who also works there. Both Ryan and Curtis let me just relax. I even stayed until closing time.
Good guys, good advice and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been in several vape shops in several states and I’ve never had the kind of service I get at Vapor Delux. These guys are the best. Super friendly. They’ll make recommendations and set up everything for you. Full service hookup with a smile and good conversation. Oh, and they throw great parties onsite.

I go to Vapor Delux all the time and they have the best selection of juices and Vape device. The staff is amazing and very helpful and knowledgable. I always feel welcomed here and never pressured ever to buy anything. The shop it’s self is absolutely gorgeous, high end modern design and very luxurious. Prices are extremely fair for the high quality products they sell.

Wow. I literally just walked out of this store and had to sit in my car to write a review instantly. I went into Vapor Deluxe to purchase a new coil for my pen. I’m new to this whole vape thing and the gentlemen in the store were genuine, helpful and so cheerful. They were honest about my not so favorable product a previous vape shop had sold me. They let me know I could have paid a lot less and gotten a much better product. They didn’t even carry the coil I needed because they don’t sell my pen but they did have the original sample product box which still held a new coil for my specific pen. Ryan gave it to me free of charge to hold me over. I can’t express enough how knowledgable and kind this business was! I will definitely be back in a couple weeks to purchase a whole new vape, these are great people.

I just went into the shop and «Curtis», was rude, unprofessional and made my experience unpleasant for no reason. First of all I have been going there on and off for over a year and I’ve been lucky to have (forgot his name-​Asian guy) who is very professional and has always helped me with no problem. And the last time I was there Aaron (on my receipt) helped me and was great!, I had just purchased some juice last week and my mod was acting up. As soon as I gave it to «Curtis» he tried to say they only have cotton and then when he was wrong he kept repeating that they only fix mods when you buy the juice. All I said was, –this is the first time I’ve heard this– and he wouldn’t let it go. He just kept repeating himself over and over and over and over (???) I told him ok-​and he kept repeating himself. I was like I heard you the first time. It became ridiculous. If a customer has never encountered a specific policy it’s not their fault, there’s no need to be rude and patronizing. I could have bought a juice it really wasn’t that serious. You’ve lost a customer!!! Don’t need that kind of energy and treatment. I’m not going to beg or grovel because no one told me this policy, especially when I spent money just the week before. If «Curtis» didn’t want to fix it without me buying something then say that. If your going to do it then give me a chance to appreciate your «kindness». You can’t treat an individual some kind of way because they’re not responding the way you want, it’s a business, be professional!!!

Wow by far one of the best stores I’ve been to. The store looks sick. As soon as I walked inside I was greeted by an employee.
They have a big selection of juices. I’m sure you can find what you’re looking for.
I’ll definitely be back.

Recommend their vape juice selection for sure; pricing is slightly higher than other places but their juice selection is super premium and unique so I chose to rate them with 5 stars.
They have everything you could imagine from laffy taffy to marshmellow, to strawberry milk and cheesecake juice. Super delicious and makes your vaping experience completly different and better :)
The store is beautifully decorated and modern, with well stocked products both new exclusive vape stuff to the traditional well known brands like Smok
The customer service here is awesome too, every person I have come across is so friendly, the owner is so nice too. Feels very welcoming in here. Come see Curtis, he takes care of all your vaping questions and is more than patient

What a great find. This is hands down the best vape bar, with the best selection I have ever come across. It’s well managed, and you can tell as soon as you walk in that the employees know what they are talking about and are super willing to help. I love the design of this place too.
If you already have a regular «spot» give this place a shot. Ask the employees for a new flavor, mod, atomizer, whatever you need. They’ll set you up right. From this point on, I won’t go anywhere else.
Try them. You won’t regret it!

I’ve been in this place a couple times since I started working near by. And it’s a great shop. The place looks awesome.
I went by today, after dropping my mod, and they were able to fix it for me for free. I would highly recommend this place, they have a great selection of juices too.

The worker who helped us was really helpful. Gave us a new build with our purchase. And knew what he was taking about. They have such a wide variety of different flavors. I’d definitely come back just to see the different flavors they have in their store that other stores don’t carry

If you’ve never been here, do you even vape bro?! Legit the best vape shop in LA. Ryan, Kelsey, and Curtis are always very informative on the products they carry and will sell you nothing but the BEST! Other shops are honestly sketchy and often don’t know anything about the products they’re selling, but with these guys you’re guaranteed quality service and great flavors and mods. If you don’t know something just ask. They’re always helping to adjust mods and help you set up to make sure you have the best vape experience possible. The layout is amazing too. It’s like a bar/​lounge exclusively for vaping. They have a bar for you to view the menu and they have samples for you to vape before you buy so you know exactly what you want before you leave. Really fancy stuff lol. Highly recommend it. Won’t spend money anywhere else because the quality just can’t be beat.

Everything about this place is amazing: amazing people, amazing selection, amazing atmosphere!!! My husband and I can spend hours here, just talking and chilling! Oh, and they were able to find a juice even for my picky taste! :)

The first thing I said when I entered this store is WOW! I’ve been to a lot of Vape Shops, from L.A. to Miami, and this one is the best looking store by far! The owner, Ryan, has put a lot of detail into the design of this space. Tasting bar with cool bar stools, a building area, a private lounge with comfy seats, 4 or 5 flat screens and a cool throw rug that I was tempted to lay down on and take a nap. Oh! And he has a Keurig so you can serve yourself coffee.
You can’t have a great space without a knowledgeable staff. The guys, and girl, behind the bar are also vapers and they know their stuff. They carry genuine mods and have a wide selection to choose from.
Now let’s talk about the e-​liquids, my specialty. They carry only the best. A vast selection of brands and flavors, from the most popular to the originals. Vapor Delux has them!
If this shop was nearby my office, I would definitely use it as a business meeting spot or hangout!

This place is legit!!! Came in with a frown and left with a smile from ear to ear. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection, lounge to chill and vape, and they only carry top quality product. I will only be going to Vapor Delux for my vapor supplies/​needs, no where else even compares to this spot. Can’t believe I didn’t find this place sooner. They don’t try to push unnecessary products on you like other places. They actually care about your wallet! Parking can be a little tough, but let me tell you, it’s 100% worth it. Thanks to the entire Vapor Delux team tonight, you guys rock!!!
