ADAPT is a private educational institution offering a full range of programs and courses focused on professional development of Military, Law Enforcement, Private Security, Shooting Sports, and Personal Defense.

Firearms and self defense training includes: Concealed weapons permits, Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Empty hand defense, Children’s firearms safety, Women’s Only courses, First Aid, Emergency Preparation, and Survival Skills.

Come study with us in a safe, fun, friendly, family oriented environment. Where skilled Instructors will work with you to enhance your skills no matter what your current skill level may be.

Private and small group instruction is also available upon request.

History

Established in 2010.

The Academy of Defensive and Protective Training (ADAPT) was founded with the goal of providing world class firearms and self defense instruction to those seeking this knowledge. The Faculty at ADAPT come from various walks of life but they have united with a common goal. To teach what they believe in, and learn from our Students on how to do so better. The training you will experience is not the culmination, end-​all-​be-​all of firearms training. It is the accumulation of experiences coming from Law Enforcement, Military, and competitive shooting backgrounds, of what are some of the very best techniques, and information available today. Our passion is to continue to learn, grow, and adapt, and most of all, to see our students succeed.

Meet the Manager

Eric L.

Manager

Eric began his professional career before even graduating from high school, working private security in the Las Vegas area. With a background in Martial Arts he was soon adopted into a security and executive protection agency and began training in defensive tactics and firearms.

Training with Law Enforcement, Military, Private Security, and Firearms Instruction schools he found his passion for teaching and ended up working with Front Sight Firearms Training Institute for several years. Training approximately 3000+ students Eric left Front Sight with incredible experience in working with individuals from every walk of life.

In addition to continuing to actively work in the security field he continues to study, train and educate others wishing to be security professionals, firearms instructors, or defend themselves and their loved ones.
