Chase Bank

If used several different banks so far and Chase has been the one the most satisfies my financial needs. This specific location has great customer service and makes sure everyone is helped as soon as possible. The Manager also comes around to greet and make sure we are taken care of.

You have to make coming to this bank a real errand and time. I just don’t get why they see there’s a line and they only have one or sometimes two bank tellers. Hope they can get it together no one likes waiting 30 min or more for something quick.

I don’t know where else to turn. The line right now is out the door and I hate leaving bad reviews for places but every TIME I come to this bank, no matter what time of day, the wait is at least half an hour. I was the 2^nd person in line with an estimated wait time of 10 – 15 minutes. Seriously, this marks 30 minutes waiting to be helped. This is also my SECOND DAY back because yesterday took over an hour! I am fed up with this location. I have complained several times to a manager and other staff members and their answer is always «I don’t know why it’s taking so long.»
But here’s the funny part, they redid their lobby to literally take tellers away and add 2 machines to replace people. Which is fine I guess, but can someone explain why the line right now is out the door? Seriously, drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different Chase.

I have been here a few times and every time I come it takes over 30 mins to do something simple like see a teller. There main focus is to move everyone to the machines but honestly when dealing with money it is hard for everyone to use a machine. People like to talk to an actual person. This is by far the worst bank experience ever and I honestly think I will be changing banks since every time I come here it takes me over 30 mins to get anything done. I highly recommend you to bank with someone else.

I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service offered at this location. I am currently in the process of moving and while boxing things up misplaced my credit card. Not knowing my future address I wanted to speak with someone in person to figure out what my options were — please don’t tell me I have to wade through all my boxes to find it! :O
I’ll admit when I walked in I felt unsure what to do, no one to greet me. I looked to my left and there were people sitting, I looked to my right and people were in line. I hopped in line and waited. Moving closer to the front I could tell this line was to deposit or withdraw money. Pretty much, useless to me. Nevertheless I get to the front of the line and ask my question. The teller was able to answer it as well as give me the credit card department’s number so they could assist better. I left feeling satisfied. Great service!

I love Chase, but this branch is terrible. They are extremely slow. I waited for a notary for over an hour and was only greeted once, and that was after 37 minutes, and only to tell me I would have to wait longer because there is only one notary at this location. I’ve never waited more than 5 – 10 minutes at any other branch… Ever ! If you are doing more than using an ATM, go to another branch. I should have left 15 minutes after waiting and went somewhere else, but I didn’t realize how long I had been waiting till the lady came and greeted me… After 37 minutes. Won’t be back to this location.

The retail shopping center, that this Chase is located, has been deserted! Target, the anchor tenant, moved out and boarded up the doors! That should tell you something about the neighborhood.
When I walked into this Chase branch, I was greeted by two ATM machines in middle of the lobby. Huh!?! Not greeted by a living human being? Nope! Behind these «centerpiece ATMs» are the teller windows.
Eight teller windows, with only three functional. In other words, five of the bullet proof glassed teller windows have been boarded up with a photo mural of Red Rock Canyon. This gave me, the Chase customer, the impression that the tellers have been replaced by the ATMs that one has to walk around to get to the rare teller window, which I might add had a long waiting line that could’ve been avoided should more tellers be on staff.
Reminds me of 15 or so years ago when Smiths grocery and then Home Depot and then others began installing self checkout machines instead of having a cashier help with the grocery transaction.
Machines have replaced people at this Chase branch and I find the lack of personalized human service very unacceptable and unprofessional as a way to do banking.
Fortunately, not all Chase branches are this impersonal.

It took a while waiting for somebody to get to us when we signed in to start a new account and took a while to set up an account, but the customer service by Roosevelt Waters was really good. He was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He made us feel like we knew each other and were having a conversation with a friend.

An hour wait to talk to a banker to do a simple wire transfer. Bank agent saw the long line while on her way out to lunch and we told her about the long wait and she said that there were other chase banks around the area. Horrible service and badly staffed. Manager should pay attention the the line and his/​staffing.

Came to cash my check to pay an overdraft and the clerk said No you have to deposit it and the funds won’t be available till tomorrow go to Bank of America they can cash it for you. wth? So I left very upset, sat in my car for a minute then I went back and signed in to speak with a manager. Carmen Martinez the branch managerwas so understanding. Amazing CS she cashed my check. THANK YOU! Now I can pay my bills on time.
