CSI Plumbing Service and Repair was founded by three co-​workers who took notice of the need to provide a good, clean, quality plumbing service for home owners and business owner alike, that could provide a great value for an outstanding savings. With over 60 years of combined plumbing experience the men at CSI are confident that they can take care of the customers that look for these kind of qualities.

I started plumbing field when I was 10 years old with my father. I continued plumbing while obtaining my Journeymen Card, Contractors License and Inspector certifications through the years. Throughout this time I have spent time learning and experiencing every aspect of plumbing. From digging trenches and laying pipe to contacting builders, creating estimates and creating drawings in auto cad. I love and enjoy my family, my doxies, bass fishing, hunting and camping with a high degree of passion.

I wanted to like them but, although where I live is within the square displayed on the map accompanying their address and ad, they canceled the appointment without as much as an «i’m sorry» because they did not service «my area.» This happened after I had spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining that, no, I did not live in Mesquite and giving directions. Apparently, they are willing to spend a lot of time rejecting new business. My address is no further away from their office than plenty of the Las Vegas Valley.

Very professional! We needed our water hater replaced. Not only did he show up promptly when promised, he did an amazing job and even gave us tips on how to get the most years out of our water heater. I felt his pricing was perfect (as we have spent more in the past with other plumbing companies and they did sloppy work). My husband and I are very pleased and highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!

Ever heard the stereotype of the unprofessional, incompetent, unreliable tradesman? Well, step forward Dwayne Kurr, owner/​operator of CSI plumbing.
On his website Kurr displays a video talking about his passion for plumbing (apparently it has been in his family for decades). My experience was totally at odds with these claims. It was an absolute waste of time and extremely frustrating.
CSI had done some work on my property a few years ago. Another plumber had done a poor job on my bathroom recently, so I called CSI to try to arrange an appointment to hopefully fix the problem. What followed was over a week of being given the run-​around by Dwayne Kurr.
When I called he was on a job and said he’d call me back. He didn’t, so I sent him an SMS. Again he said he’d call, but didn’t… To cut a long story short, I made over a dozen calls and sent a dozen text messages in order to arrange a simple appointment. The only option is to call Kurr’s cell — they don’t have an office phone number, or at least it isn’t listed on their website.
Eventually we arranged a day and time via text message. I was relieved — I naively thought that he would honour the arranged appointment.
The day came, and CSI were a no-​show. Not only that, but they simply ignored my calls and text messages. I simply never heard back from them.
It was astonishingly bad service. This is a company that appears to treat its customers with contempt. If you make an appointment, don’t expect them to show up, or even have the common decency to tell you that they’re not coming.

Needed a plumper to fix a leaky disposal and found CSI on Unilocal.With no reviews I was a bit worried but I read the owner Dwayne’s info and decided to give him a try. On telephone I was further reassured by his no nonsense professional style. Made an appointment for two days later and he arrived 10 minutes early! He set to work, explained what he was doing, and charged us what he promised. Quick, efficient, honest and reliable! What more can you ask for?
