I would give this business owner more than 5 stars if it were possible. Damon helped us reprogram our only remaining garage door remote over the phone after we discovered our vehicle parked in our driveway had been broken into and that remote had been stolen. Never leaving the remote in a vehicle ever again! Thanks Damon for your quick assistance!

I found Damian Douglas through Angie’s list. I was impressed that they had an A rating with many reviews. Previous to calling them I had gone through my home warranty company and been set up with a shady company. My experience with Damian Douglas was a much better experience.
When I called I was offered several times with 1 ½ hour windows. It was easy to set up a time that worked for me. When I asked how much the service call would be I was told that there isn’t a service call fee. That was a pleasant surprise. The day of the service Trevor called when he was on his way to give me a better ETA.
Trevor was polite and determined the possible issue with the door pretty quickly. He gave me a couple of options and wasn’t pushy towards any one option. He addressed the issue without wasting time and tested his fix several times before leaving. He was thorough with making sure the door worked properly before he left.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for garage door service or repair. Not only did they fix my door at a reasonable price, but they made it very easy to work with them.

Sold my house and the day we are to hand over keys, the garage door stops working. Called them up and explained I needed someone asap before new owners and that day they had a tech out.
He was very nice with a smile and went right to work and within 2 min found the problem. One of the back wires was not 100 percent connected and I would of never guessed it.
He only charged me half the service call since it was an easy fix.
I think that sleaks volume because 40 bucks for a professional to drive all the way to your business and take the time and only charge 49 bucks shows this company is a honest to goodness place.
I would recommend to anyone.

What a great provider with awesome customer service!
My fiancé contacted them based on their excellent reviews and we are happy to report that they were not wrong. Our garage door spring broke down suddenly and we couldn’t even raise the garage door manually, trapping one of our cars. We had to be at the airport to pick up family in 4 hours. The owner promised to send over his technician right away (within 2 hours) and even called to update us in the meantime. The technician fixed the problem right away at a reasonable price — in time for us to pick up our family from the airport.

Found this company through voucher on Amazon Local deal for a garage door tune-​up. The technician that was sent was polite, professional, and very thorough. I had a few issues with the door and wanted the tune-​up partially to get some ideas what might be wrong. The technician went above and beyond to try and adjust a part that was not covered by the tune-​up.

This was the company that our home warranty contracted with to fix our broken garage door. Claim was filed on a Saturday and we got a call Monday morning to set up an appointment. Was pleasantly surprised when they said a tech could come out and be there within an hour to 90mins. And they were! Tech was professional and efficient and was able to reattached the garage opener pully to the door in a very short period of time. Thank you!

This is the very first company I have EVER took the time to review!!!
I first got the name of this company through Groupon. Although what I needed wasn’t what the groupon was for, it lead me the website. I called and was treated very nicely and immediately felt comfortable. He explained to me all fees upfront and how much I would be charged when they came out. Unfortunately my problem turned out to be different than what I had original thought and they were unable to perform the service at the original time. However, they quickly surveyed the issue and requoted me, A PRICE ABOUT HALF OF WHAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN QUOTED!!!, and scheduled me for the next available appointment, which was immediate. I wasn’t home at the time, my dad was there and told me that I should highly recommend them because they worked quickly, effeciently, and charged exactly what was quoted. Now my garage is working more smoothly and quietly than ever before!!! I am very pleased with my entire experience and will definitely use them again if I need them, and will recommend them everytime!

We called another garage door business and left a message. We didn’t get a call back so we called Damian Douglas. Someone actually answered the phone! We called around 9:30 on a Saturday morning and got an appointment between 11 – 1 the same day! The gentleman who came out was courteous and reasonably priced. Our springs were replaced and we were back in business in no time! They have military and senior discount as well. Highly recommend!

I can’t really say enough about Damian and his tech Ryan! Our garage door came off the track in the middle of the night! I called around to some companies first thing in the morning and Damian was the only one who said he could fit me in today. He even gave us a military discount once he found out that my bf was in the military. After some companies were going to charge us $ 60 just to come out I can’t say enough about these guy. The tech even explained all the features of the unit just so I would know how to use them all. Really great guys, extremely helpful and reasonably priced from what I had gathered. They also have a 90 day warranty on all work! No offense but I hope I don’t have to use them again! But if I did need more garage service I wouldn’t hesitate to call!!!

I’m an out of state property owner. I was leary about not being able to be present when my rental unit needed a garage door repair. I was very lucky to find Damian. I could tell I could trust him from the moment I spoke to him. I called him a few months earlier on a Sunday and he took the time to explain everything to me. I was not ready at the time and he did not pressure me at all. when I needed the door to be replace I called late in the evening and the next morning his tech went to my building and replaced the door. They did an outstanding job. Damian is easy to work with and very honest and reliable. Don’t waste your time getting quotes he gives a fair price and provides peace of mind.
