Love my new lashes! Bonnie does great work. The salon is very welcoming, comfortable and clean.

Unfortunately I was never able to make it in for an appointment because the person I was talking to and attempting to schedule through NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! Their website provides a phone number to text to schedule an appointment. So I texted the number and it took a while understandably but someone did get back to me. When I gave them my availability I never heard back. Terrible customer service/​business practice right off the bat! Sort of glad that happened, now I know not to go there or send friends there.

I hardly ever post reviews on here but I purchased a groupon deal I couldn’t pass up with this company, and I should have looked up the reviews before hand cause I would have learned they do not answer their phone. I was going to refrain from posting but I’m thinking I’m going to have to go up there just to try to book an appointment and I don’t even know if it’s going to be worth it at this point.

Horrible. Do not come here for your lashes! They never have a consistent artist. It’s someone new every time I go in! Secondly, I fell ill day of my appointment, tried to call and reschedule, their response was «we charge a $ 25 fee for canceled appointments canceled within 24hrs prior to app.» I’ve been coming here since they’ve open never heard of these terms beforehand. Seems like they are doing whatever to make a quick buck in that place. Welp, they forever lost me as a client.

If I could give zero stars I would. My first appointment went fine and everything was professional but things went downhill after that. I paid for a fill in while I was still in the store so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it at my next appointment. WRONG DECISION. My fill in appointment got canceled the night before via text message. Then when I tried to call to reschedule the following week, they were all booked! I finally had an appointment scheduled for this past Saturday and they were closed ! I waited for 15 minutes before I decided to leave. I have been trying to contact this place for 3 days now with no response. I’m not getting a response to calls, text or voice mails. I’ve been very respectful and only want a refund so that I can take my business elsewhere. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
Finally spoke to someone who works there… they dont do refunds. They claim they called me and left multiple messages to reschedule. I only recieved one that said «We’re wondering if you wanted to come in this Saturday instead.» Does that sound like we need to reschedule you because the shop will be closed. I didn’t want to go in that Saturday so I didn’t call back… figured they could give the appointment to someone else.
Now I’m out of money because of poor communication on their end.. . Won’t be going back

I have been getting my lashes done here for sometime now. I have been to many other places and by far this place is the best. Always professional, clean, friendly and my lashes always look fabulous!

Khrystyne has been doing my hair for three to four years now and I would follow her anywhere! She obviously loves what she does and I pretty much let her do whatever she wants with my hair! It always turns out great. Now she’s doing eyelashes and I can’t wait to see how they turn out. I know I won’t be disappointed!

My go to lash place in Las Vegas. Love this place! I can always count on Bonnie to do an amazing job on my lashes. The entire staff makes me feel comfortable. The environment is alway very clean and friendly. They also do 3D semi permanent eyebrow tattooing. I got mine done last week and I’m loving results!

I am hooked on Lash Vegas. I treat myself about twice a month. It is like taking a local vacation. The owners are so warm, friendly and professional. I have NEVER had poor service. In fact, I will say that because they are so good, I find myself getting more services. I have referred family members and friends and they too are extremely satisfied with their work. I am looking forward to many more years of excellence in service.

I left Lash Vegas today with a whole new attitude and never feeling better about myself. I don’t do a lot for myself with my busy schedule and I tend to let myself Go a bit but when a friend convinced me that I needed to get my eyebrows done with Microblading I decided to do it. My eyebrows are so blonde you can’t even see them. After I was done I had tears in my eyes from happiness and its a start to getting myself back to looking and feeling good again. It also saved me time to never having to draw in my eyebrows again! The owner and staff was so nice and happy for me and saw what the service did for me and gave me a hug on the way out. I will definitely be back as it was an all over great experience. Thank you again.

Khrystyne is amazing! I get my hair and lashes done no problem the staff is very friendly and easy to get along with! The owner kiran is an awesome person you can tell she cares about her staff and salon. All was sanitary and the beads hanging from the ceiling give it a very girly princess feel! If you need amazing lashes and everything else pick this spot!

I followed Khrystyne here for my hair maintenance and I am not disappointed! The inside is bright and clean — there is a positive funky vibe and everyone is really friendly-​unlike many of the pretentious salons around Vegas. I really like that the hair area is separated from the other cosmetic services.
Khrystyne is the best colorist I have used and she always gives me the cut I ask for-​I have been going to her for years-​super nice and make you feel comfortable. She really flexible and always gets back to me right away, which really is a big plus for me!
She also does fantastic hair extensions and is branching out with other cosmetic services which she will be just as fabulous. I definitely recommend her for professional, consistent service!

I absolutely loved this place! It was my first time going, my sister treated me to getting my eyelashes done & I’m super satisfied with the way they look :) I went to Kiran & she was so sweet, helpful, very fun to talk too & very nice! She keeps in contacts with her clients & I loved it! She is definitely a professional she did them absolutely gorgeous I can’t wait to come back for a fill! I loved it here very clean, & beautiful I definitely recommend coming here because they make them look super natural. They only thing that sucks is the prices but it’s worth it! Thank you Kiran

I had great service and its a very clean salon. The only negative part was trying to make an appointment. I called several times. On my last attempt I left a message and was called back. I had a groupon and it was totally worth it.

I’ve been to Lash Vegas twice on a Groupon I bought … Both times were very easy to book, they were also very understanding when I was running about 15 minutes late for my first visit. Both times my techs were super friendly, sweet ladies. The first full set I had was just okay– came back for a fill earlier than expected even with proper care. Just finished my first fill and Amelia made me feel super comfortable and told me if I had any issues with major fallout to come back and speak with the owner. I definetly would recommend booking with Amelia! Would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the first set issues but I know it’s not always the techs fault!

I wanted to like this place so bad, especially since most of the reviews seemed to have problems with booking. And I booked right away. I had no problem with customer service, in fact, I thought they were professional and helpful.
But I did have a problem with the extensions. They felt sloppy and uneven. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

I found this place on groupon but decided to purchase it in store which was my first mistake. The groupon states $ 129 for full lash plus 3 fills. When I went to pay I was charge taxes and I ended up tipping price on full amount plus tax so yeah that was my fault. They asked if I wanted volume set which was an extra $ 25. I said yes and asked if I had to pay extra for full volume each time I get a fill since I’m getting a groupon. They said no but that was not the case. Plus they keep asking you to tip them but I already did when I purchase the groupon!!! Lashes lasts less than 2 wks. My 2^nd fill 1 eye half actually fell off in less than 2 days and I contacted them and they didn’t even care. Every time I show up for an scheduled appointment they are at least 40 minutes late. With a half ass sorry we are running late statement but not really sorry.
Lashes do look good for about 4 days though that’s the only good thing. I’m finishing my last fill as I already purchased but def not coming back and recommend no one to go there.

No Privacy at all!!! It’s opened up with a line of beds. The young lady that did my lashes was very nice but; she told me if I wanted a lot of lashes I needed to purchase the full fill instead of the natural, so I did. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS SHE ONLY HAS THE ONE HOUR AND CAN ONLY DO THE NATURAL. She would need another hour to do a volume set. So I lost out on the money. Do t do the same. Also, use tape instead of the relaxing eye patches as they are almost $ 11.00. No lash brush is given to you so purchase one or some before you go if you go. I get them when I go to others that do my lashes.

After having a very difficult time making the appointment, the Tech WAS super nice. But after only 4 days, half the lashes are gone on just my right eye. I am not new to lashes and understand the care that is needed the first 24 – 48 hours. I cared for both eyes the same so having one eye with less then half the lashes the other has is not desirable

Still no one picking up their phone or returning calls despite another 5 attempts… in the past 3 days I must have called over 15 times at different times throughout the day and left 2 voice mails, sent countless texts and with the exception of that 1 text which only noted a $ 25 surcharge if I wanted to book a 2^nd appointment (within their usual business hours, as they themselves previously noted), I have not heard anything at all. DON’T GO HERE. If you bought a Groupon and haven’t used it, call them for a refund immediately!
