In 2008 I was introduced to juicing and immediately was convinced that it was the holy grail. But as much as she believed in its healing powers she chose to believe that mainstream foods, such as meats, dairy, breads etc. were still essential in my diet. Not only addicted to the food itself but to the American way of thinking that she needed these foods to survive.

More recently, Christina fell ill with serious digestive problems and knew immediately what the cause of her sickness was from… a poor diet, and with the desire to be truly healthy, change was inevitable.

I adopted a high raw vegan diet and never looked back. Not only has this changed my health but it has also gave me a clarity that’s unfounded. I endeavor to live each day authentically, and to express and share that with others. Help others free themselves from sickness and disease.
