Can’t say enough how they get the job done — like steamrollers, and very high quality, to boot, solving any little customizing issues along the way. Comfortable having them on my property; they never asked to come inside, just worked! Well worth the rebuild of my garage door, it moves like butter now! Five-Stars!

Im active duty in the military and when I say these guys are True Professionals at the top of their craft I genuinely mean it. In my experience this company goes above and beyond for customers and their needs with great prices without all the hidden fees compared to the big name guys. The fact that they are available on the weekends is a life saver! I had a torsion spring break on my 18 ft garage door in the middle of the night. Trapping both of our vehicles inside. so no way for us to leave the house. I tried to use my home warranty (American Home Shield) but the contractor they set me up with only works M-F and monday is a holiday. Luckily I found Direct Service Overhead they saved my weekend! If you don’t believe me. try finding a company that will answer the phone at 9 am on a Saturday and wont cost you an arm and a leg… Thank you so much for your speedy repair and professionalism. I WILL USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN!
