From my experience, this is called Snake Creek Canal. I have been going here for years, which is tucked away in NMB on 183rd/​Miami Garden Drive and its not too far away from the Skylake Plaza.
There is a playground here for the kiddos, and lots sitting areas. Saturdays are very active. You will see people are on Jetskies, Fishing, bike riding and skateboarding with dogs. I find it to be very relaxing. Great for picnics and/​or even fun to people watch
