My gosh, where do I begin. i had a appointment with this dental office yesterday and this was the most terrifying experience in my life. Bare in mind I was not rude to the dr or any of his staff. I was already petrified of dentist to begin with, but my experience yesterday with this dr Jean-​Jacques Edderai and his hygienist was nothing but a horror. I had a 2pm appointment, but I waiting for an hr before he finally came to see me. But prior to that one of his female hygienist came to the room to fixed the instruments with no gloves in her had and when I looked carefully at he left hand she had a rash. She didn’t care to put a glove on at all. When he finally came, the dr brought in another hygienist he was very rude. I have six cavities, but they told me i had 9 which was not true. I was told by the people in front desk that he would see if he can do all that same today.
But the Dr came in numb the upper part on my gums and told me that he would see if he could drill the bottom portion of my teeth without numbing them. I am not sure if it was because of my insurance, the way I looked or what, but as he begin to work on my lower teeth I was in so much pain I almost passed out, my left side of my body became numb, he started to get upset and yelling because I always moving so much. What king of Dr does that to a patient. He continued drilling and he didn’t care or feel the need to numb my mouth. I couldn’t speak, all I can do is scream and move and squirm around. The hygienist was upset and noone cared. I am usually very picky when it comes to Dr’s of any kind and the only reason why I went to him because of his reviews. After all was done, noone walked me to the front, I was still dazed and the hygienist forgot to remove the bib from around my neck. I went home to look inside of my mouth, there were cuts everywhere and noone told me anything nor did he give me any medication for my pain. I know a great dentist when I see one, and for sure he is not one. He has no compassion for his patients at all. Although he might have the technology but he has no compassion or remorse for his patients and no people skills. Noone should have to suffer like I did. THIS DR DENTIST IS EXTREMELY NASTY. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS OR ANY OF MY COLLEAGUES TO HIM AT ALL.
