Worst customer service ever. Don’t expect to receive assistance unless you track an associate down, who is probably just chatting with her co-​workers. I will never shop here again.

Worst Ulta I’ve ever been to & won’t ever go back here again.
Called this Ulta to see if they had in stock 2 eyeliners I’ve been hunting down because it’s been sold out at all the other Ulta’s I’ve been to.
The guy who worked there said they had it so, I told him to put it aside. Came to the store to find that he never put aside the eyeliners AND tried to sell me 2 different eyeliners than the ones I wanted. I told him I don’t want those & that’s not what I asked for! He went to get me the eyeliner that I asked for but he said they only had 1 in stock. Really?! I called to see if this place had TWO, not one. So, I wasted a trip to come to this place for only one eyeliner & no apology from this employee?! The manager luckily took over the situation & gave me the liner for 50% off & gave a couple of deluxe samples. Still have this Ulta one star & seriously, won’t be shopping at this location again.

If negative stars were available, I would certainly place them here! This is a location where customer service is considered a «favor» and no one takes responsibility for poor professionalism! From sales representatives to store management, moving through Ulta’s echelon will not help you rectify terrible customer service or blatant disrespect. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Sephora – they’re located inside of JC Penny; their sales associates are polished & poised, they are interested in selling you beauty products, answering your questions, and NOT sending you to Sally Beauty Supply! Remember: If you walk into a retailer and no one acknowledges you, you should walk out! If you contact management and they proceed with excuses and an overall irresponsible-​disinterest, you should never return! That’s all.

This was my first time going to Ulta. I really needed to get my hair cut and I didn’t just want to go to a cheap hair cutting place. I thought I would give Ulta a try even though there were a lot of mixed reviews floating around the internet.
Bottom line: I’m SO glad that I went! Everyone was amazingly nice and polite. They even offered me a water while I was waiting. After my hair was cut, they even straightened it for me! I’m over the moon with my hair too. Usually I’m always unhappy with how people cut my hair, but I’m thrilled with how it looks for once! I’ll definitely be going back.

Love this place! I go every 3 weeks to get my eyebrows done by Sam. She is great. They just recently started doing eyebrow tints, which is a plus for anyone who doesn’t like filling in their eyebrows. Sam does a great job with that too. All the other staff are very friendly and more than willing to help. The store is always clean and nicely stocked. The location is also perfect. I would recommend this store to anyone.

As I’ve found with Westgate Ulta the employees are less than helpful and pretty much just rude.
Worth the extra 10 minute drive to go to Sephora

I had never used the salon at Ulta until this one opened. Sabrina is the best. A charming young lady, full of energy and very talented. She cut my hair, styled it and did a gel manicure. Ulta only does gel manicures, which is fine by me. The prices are very reasonable.
