TOOK OUR MONEY AND NEVER SHOWED to detail cars. Over the next couple YEARS, we called, sent emails, sent letters, and visited his home during a trip to FL. No response. He took our money using SQUARE and charged my credit card. He has never provided the service. We spent so much time trying to get him to do the work that we past the time we had recourse with the credit card company.
We had hired him in the past to detail my parents’ cars, everything was fine. A couple of years later we again used his services as a Christmas gift. We paid him for two more car detailings. He sent my parents a coupon in the mail — HE HAS NEVER SHOWED. The last time we were down there we visited the police. They called him for us. We finally received a call back while we were at the North Port police station. The man promised to send me the money. He never did.
After checking, the police said Tom Noonan had a history of shady deals. Stay away from these dishonest shysters. I’m out $ 278.20. I would be happy to edit this review if they were to ever give me my money back. The police said I should not have him go to my parents house to do the work.
