Custom Cuddles

I called Kathleen at the last minute before I had to leave town for 4 days as another sitter had bailed on me. She was friendly and accommodating from the very beginning. Kathleen included a free consultation to meet my two cats and to discuss specific details (and, believe me, there are many for these two). I have a specific routine and feed them every morning and night as they are prone to bladder stones and require a specific diet. During the consultation we covered everything and I knew right off the bat that she was a lover of animals and would be a very caring nanny for the boys.
While I was on my trip she sent me videos every time she saw the cats (morning and night). In the videos she caught me up on the days happenings and any behaviors she noticed. She took the responsibility very seriously and it was obvious that she cared very much about my animals.
When I returned, everything was in perfect order and the cats barely acted like I’d even left (normal for most cats but NOT normal for mine. They are usually crawling all over me)!
A small thing but another testament to her caring nature: Kathleen texted me on the day I was to return to let me know my smoke alarm battery was getting low so that I could contact my apartment maintenance so I would not have to listen to it when I returned.
Kathleen kept in constant contact with me and I never worried about my buddies. Her pricing is excellent for this area and she has more experience with animals that most pet sitters I researched (glad the other lady flaked)!
