Our experienced staff have trained clients from 8 to 80 and everyone in between. College and Professional atheletes as well as men and women just looking to become healthier or lose weight.
Dexter Training Concepts doesn’t specialize in one area. They «design» programs for the individual. They have helped many clients lose over 100 lbs. and keep it off, rehab clients from surgeries (heart, shoulder, knee, hip, back, etc.), or just improving your overall health and well-being.
History
Established in 2004.
Paul Dexter left Bally Total Fitness after a decorated 10 year career as a personal trainer and fitness director to provide a more private, motivating, atmosphere that he felt his clients needed. Along with his wife, Laura, they developed a «non-gym» environment which has allowed them and their trainers to design programs that take advantage of the luxury that a private studio provides.
The hands-on approach that Dexter Training Concepts takes, leaves nothing to chance. They cover all of your fitness needs… strength training, cardiovascular exercise and nutrition programs for each persons lifestyle.

Business Owner
Combining their love of health and fitness with their passion for helping others, they opened Dexter Training Concepts in 2004. Their enthusiasm and concepts were contagious, not only to their clients, but to their knowledgable staff, which allowed Dexter Traing Concepts to expand very quickly. Paul and Laura Dexter expanded their business from 2,000 sq. ft. in 2004 to their current location of 5,000 sq. ft. in 2007.
