Called the location ahead of time, made an appointment for two kids manicures, set time at 4:30pm — confirmed by the employee. Nail service started at 5:10 for one and shortly after for the second girl. Don’t bother calling your appointment in. I had to wait — «sorry, busy» is not my business model.

I have been going to Loan’s Nails for about 2 years now. I was recommended by a friend. My schedule doesn’t allow me to make an appointment in advance and I am always taken right away. Everyone is so nice and my feet are always looking good ! Five Stars !

A pretty good place, similar to competitors, but I hope cleaner. Don’t get an eyebrow though, I got burned and they told me «you are so sensitive!» ?? They are friendly and know everyone’s name but pedicaure does take forever.

These ladies are great … it may take you a few visits to figure out the dynamic … they are all related, about six or seven are sisters … the younger girls are daughters or nieces… They are very caring and do terrific work … I have been going to this salon since they opened and highly recommend it.

I’ve been here twice while visiting Boston about 6 months apart. I’m very picky about my nails, and I they did a good job both times. They take kind of a long time, but nothing to cry about. The price is about average for this type of shop. My only complain last time is that it was SO hot outside the day I went and they didn’t have the AC on. I kept complaining and fanning myself, no dice. Finally, I stood up and I had a big wet spot on my but from sweating in the pedicure chair. Embarrassing!!! I had to stand with a fan on my butt while they did my hands!!! They finally turned on the AC. I hate that, though, when a place is too cheap to turn on AC. I would’ve added an extra star if not for that, bc I like the ladies there.

When I first started going here, it wasn’t too bad. They always remembered me and were super nice. One day I went in for a pedicure and they had someone I had never met before do my pedi. The woman spoke NO English(I tried to ask her to make the nails round and she did not understand) and I could not communicate with her. If I had to ask her something, she tugged the woman next to her to translate. My nails were different sizes and not the shape I usually get. About a year later I got a gift certificate to Loan’s. Reluctantly, I went back, this time to try Shelac for the first time. When the woman was done, my nails looked really nice and shiny. I was excited because I had a wedding to go to two days later. TOOBADITSTARTEDCHIPPINGBEFORETHEWEDDING! Never, ever going back here again. Spend $ 5 more and drive to Woburn to go to ZEN. Boston quality in the suburbs.
