Haverty’s Furniture Showrooms

We paid 1200 bucks for an office chair. The chair didn’t last 4 years! We purchased a warrenty on the product. The repairman said that the chair couldn’t be repaired. Havertys offered us store credit of 800 bucks or 250 cash for the chair! I am in the market for furniture right now and i will NEVER shop with these crooks again! Is there any such thing as a honest American business? I thought made in the USA was something to be celebrated!

We purchased a dining room table from Steve at Havertys. He was very helpful. Delivery was scheduled for 2 weeks out. The delivery crew was on time, assembled the furniture, cleaned up and were on their way. The table is high quality and the service we received was great!

Went to this store looking for a new couch and met with Lisa, whom was very helpful. Not pushy at all and personable; she listened to what we were looking for and showed us several options. We ended up leaving to think about our choices and coming back a few days later to see Lisa again and bought a new couch. It was delivered about a week later and we were informed of the progress of the delivery the whole time– the email even had a pic of the driver who was going to show up, which I really appreciated! The delivery was on time and the men were friendly and very careful with our new couch. We will be going there again to get more pieces as we put our house together, as it was much better than dealing with that other place that is so big that it’s almost incomprehensible. We liked the atmosphere at this shop much better!

We bought furniture from Havertys and they delivered used furniture. I dropped my remote on day one on what I thought was a new recliner. I pulled out an almond peanuts a receipt from a bookstore. I will never recommend this store to anyone! I will be very vocal about my experience to anyone interested in buying furniture from Havertys!

Les, our sales associate, greeted us and took excellent care of us with such professionalism. He as never pushy and listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction. We’ll definitely be making our next major purchases at Haverty’s.
