Not what I expected. I was looking for the salad bar. Just ordered because I was already inside. Read reviews after I was sitting — bummer. What everyone else has said is true. Limited menu. Over priced. Not much else to say.

The gentleman on the phone was courteous and professional. The manager greeted me as I walked in, my food was ready and I didn’t have wait when I got there.

Jason’s Deli is one of my favorite places. Express not so much. Poor selection and high prices. Really nothing on the menu that even sounded good. Only ordered because I was already inside.

It’s rated very low as you can see. There is a very good reason for this and thank God for Unilocal to warn you. If you get close to this place, run far far away.

We went thru the drive thru to try this out. Much to our surprise, they had our favorite sandwich on the limited menu-the Club Royale. It came in a box with chips. The sandwich was huge with tons of meat. We all decided we could have easily gotten the half sandwich and it would have been enough food. The service was fantastic and I loved how everything was all boxed up. Will definitely be eating there again!

My husband and I called in an order, then went and picked it up. The food was good, and the service was good as well, save for the kid at the register who, when I told him I had a call in order, said«We do call in orders?» I laughed and said, «You did for me!» Then the young man who took my order took over the transaction and got the food. Everything was correct, and tasty, and while it was a little pricey for what we got, we’ll probably go back, next time with the kids. I do not frequent actual Jason’s Deli restaurants too often, so I didn’t have the expectations of this store that others did, and that is probably why I’m giving it a higher review.

My husband I came in Grand Opening and bought 2 roast beef sandwiches and a chief salad found everything over pricey $ 23.00 for the meal and was somewhat still hungry when we left. My husband finished the sandwiches in 5 bites. When asked I have been truthful about our experience I will not be back. I just don’t understand why mess up a good thing like Jason’s Deli with this knock off. I was told it is the first I have a feeling it maybe the first and last but yet when I drive past the parking lot is full.

Don’t even think about ordering the small portion sandwich. It is literally like 4 bites. I ordered some hummus. They bring just that no chips or bread to eat with just the hummus in a small container. REDICULOUS

The 2 is that this one can get the broccoli cheese soup cooked right even though I have to buy two cups @ almost 8 bucks when I could get a bowl at the one which would be closer but dang the one @ Alliance can’t seem to cook the soup right .The menu is limited so back to the map to find another real Jasons hopefully they will cook the soup

Truly disappointed that they put an «Express» in our neck of the woods. What’s wrong with you people? I love JD and was so happy to see this one going up. Problem is that they serve a very limited menu and it’s a bit pricey. I love JD’s salad bar and the huge assortment of sandwiches. I don’t like being corralled into making a choice out of only 5 sandwiches, a few wraps, and a few pre-made salads. Nope, it’s not working for me and I doubt that I’ll be back unless they change their menu to include the full line-up and a salad bar. I will add that the California Club that I got was good, but that wouldn’t have been my choice that day and I would’ve loved to have had the salad bar. C’mon you JD Brass, get with the program and give the people what they want, not what you think will work(cuz it ain’t)

I love the concept of an «express» Jason’s Deli, but this new location needs a bit more work. They have a young staff(I’m guessing all under the age of 21) — at least they did the night we went — and they could all have done with a bit of extra training and accountability on their work ethic. Admittedly, we got there at 8:10p when they were beginning to close down parts of the kitchen… but there was a lot of standing around chatting. One staff member came and sat down at the table behind us where her meal was already placed, still wearing her headset, and started texting… shouldn’t you go to the break room for your break? Too casual, too relaxed, the girl at the register was slower then Christmas, and the delivery of our meal felt slower than it needed to be(we were one of only two families in there)… I may go back, but I’ll wait a while.

My salad was quick and outstanding, very fresh! Service was great and fast. Great place to eat healthy in a hurry also has drive through. They also have Jamba Juice all fruit smoothies, fantastic! I will return again.

Jason’s Deli — haven’t been to one in a long time as nothing is close. What do I think of? Busy yet fast service, lots of carry out orders, and corned beef and tasty sour kraut piled high on that wonderful rye bread. I was excited about getting a JD so close even pulled too soon on the locked door thinking they were open. Took the wife — told her the day before that they were open and I was getting that Rubin sandwich — couldn’t wait. Just inside the door the disappointment began. No corned beef sandwiches at all. The manager meets us coming in to explain that JE had a limited menu. I found something else to order, but so disappointed. I see a former co-worker coming in the door and he swings over to our table and shakes my hand. Says his wife will be here in a minute or two. Eager to ask, he says, «How is it?» I answer, «They don’t have the Rubin.» Really, he says, that’s what I was going to get. His wife arrives, they stare at the menu board for a while and leave. He waves goodbye from the door. San wife, the next day I drove 28 min to my closest JD and really enjoyed that Rubin. Busy, lots of take out orders great menu and ice cream if you like. Skip JE — the real deal is JD.

Not a real Jasons Deli. Very over priced. Tiny portions. Confusing bundles to get what you want. No salad bar, no mufulettas, slow service and a waste of time. I’m not sure how they got the Jasons name. Very disappointing.

I love Jason’s Deli, and was excited to learn that a Jason’s Express was coming to my neighborhood. I went there for lunch today with high expectations, and I was disappointed that the Express concept seems like a major step backwards vs. the normal Jason’s Delis. First off, the menu is very limited. I got a Rachero wrap, which is one of my Jason’s favorites, but it didn’t include chips/salsa, and if anything seemed more expensive than that combo at other Jason’s Delis. $ 7+ is a lot for a simple wrap w/no sides. It was good, but a very poor value vs. Chipotle or Freebirds. No ice cream, either. Overall, it seems like they’re skimping on all the things that make Jason’s great while maintain, if not increasing, pricing to their customers. I’ll stick w/the original Jason’s Deli — this Express location is an underwhelming ripoff in my opinion.

The kids and I had lunch at the new Jason’s Express. I was totally not impressed. It has only about the ¼ of the menu items. The kids meals do not had PB&J which my kids love to get and the menu says they come with a fruit cup. The fruit cup was literally 3 grapes and 1 strawberry. I only got a ½ sandwich and chips because it was cheaper and I still spent as much as I would at the original Jason’s Deli where we got way more food. One of the reason’s we love Jason’s Deli is because they give you a ton of food for the price. Jason’s Express felt like the total opposite. The Waldo family gives it 5 thumbs down.

Was so excited they were coming to the area. I really wanted their famous bake potato but they don’t offer. Ended up with over priced sandwiches.

3 stars is being kind, but they are new. Not what you’re expecting when you walk into something with Jason’s name on it. Staples like Baked Potatoes and the standard ice cream cone are missing, but true to the name food is quick and served in to go containers. The menu is limited in choice to a couple of options in wraps, sandwiches, soups, etc. All in all quick, healthy option to grab in a hurry. Probably won’t frequent as much as if it were a fully deli, but we will be back for a quick option. Next time we will stay away from the chocolate chip cookies.
