Expect a brutal yet good workout that will push you to the max. All the members are extremely welcoming and helpful which make my morning/​evening workouts the best part of my day. Trainers are helpful and knowledgeable, They will assist with whatever type of scaling is needed to complete a workout. There are members of all ages-​young, middle age, old… etc.
Come try a class. Location and class times are all convenient. You will get a challenging workout and see firsthand what a great community they have!

Great environment and very experienced coaches. Everyone in the gym is very helpful and informed. CrossFit MCH takes the time to explain the movements and if needed go over proper modifications to help someone with an injury still get a great workout.
Every fitness level is welcome, and you get a great workout daily regardless the trainer.
