Thin crust cheese pizza, calamari, and wine. I love this place. The cozy interior and friendly service and AMAZING marinara sauce keep our gamut coming back.

If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would. I ate there with my family in November. In their lobby they had a box for a chance to win free appliances from Home Depot. I completed a card. Last week I got a call from a lady that stated I had won a free dinner at Niki’s from the registration I completed. She asked for my email to send the confirmation information. Once I got the email, I realized it was a company trying to sell fire coverage information. The sales lady then called me back the next day to confirm receipt of the email and I then asked again how she got my information. She told me the restaurant had given it to her. I respectfully told her I was not interested. She has since called me every day, 3 – 4 times a day. I blocked the number, and she started calling me from a different number. She has blown up my email insisting that I reconsider. I called Niki’s and asked to speak to the manager. Mike, the owner got on the phone. I explained the situation and asked why he would give my information to another company. He was SOCOMPLETELYRUDE. First, he denied it. Then admitted to it but stated it WASNOTHISPROBLEM, to tell the lady to quit calling me, and that he was too busy to discuss this with me, and hung up on me. I feel completely taken advantage of. I will never eat at this restaurant again. Oh and by the way, the food is mediocre at best.

Let me start by saying, i have been such a fan of Nikis, even before they moved locations, and i also place orders for delivery quite often. I went to Nikis today with my family members and my daughter. This is the second time in the new location. We arrive at the restaurant, and were led past a room full of empty tables. In the back room they had a man playing piano and singing also into a microphone. When we got to our table, we had asked if there was any way we could sit somewhere else, because my father in law is hard at hearing and i myself am deaf in one ear. and he said no, the other tables were reserved. So, us all being hungry, we decided to stay. The servers name was West or Wes im honestly not sure because i could not hear him talking. lol The server didn’t go speak to the manager or even see if they could find a small table for the 4 of us else where. Then when it came time for the check, he dropped it off, and as were were all sitting there chatting and catching up he came up and tried to take the check to tab us out. My father in law stated that he had not put in his card, and he told us that he was going to be at «some table number» in the front and wont be back for a while and stood there and waited for him to take his card out. When we left the restaurant, i counted 3 empty tables in the front room away from the loud music. I was honestly very very disappointing in Nikis today, I will defiantly not ever be going INSIDE into Niki’s ever again to eat. The service was just poor. The food is good though, defiantly order takeout! lol

Very mediocre Italian food. Service subpar. Rolls are rock hard. Garlic bread is actually just a small French baguette with some butter and light seasoning. Marinara sauce is on the under seasoned side. Can do much better at a chain such as Olive Garden.

Typical Italian restaurant. Unfortunately nothing seemed to stand out. I had the Chicken Primavera with a side salad and husband had the Chicken Parmasian. The salad came with a house dressing which was sweet and delicious. We were in a big group and I saw a variety of the meals. The marinara sauce was okay… the entrees with white sauce looked really good. The rolls were good when they were warm but after 5 minutes sitting on the table they turned rock hard. I do have to say that customer service was on point. We had a part of 13 with a toddler and our server kept everyone’s glasses full and even gave two of our party members cheesecake for their birthday. I will be back to try a different entrée and to sit by the fireplace.

I ordered two orders of Chicken and Shrimp specials over the phone for take out. The order taker was slightly rude on the phone. This was my introduction to a place I have never ordered from before. When I arrived the guy behind the counter was not overly friendly either. Throwing the pen up on the counter for me to sign the receipt, and just throwing stuff around in general and no «Hi, welcome to Nikki’s «or any friendly gestures that CUSTOMERS like to hear! When I got the food home it was the most bland food I have ever tasted from an Italian restaurant. Two slabs of paper thin chicken that had no seasoning at all, along with shrimp with no seasoning. The pasta also tasted bland with little to no sauce on it. It tasted so bland I thought maybe it was one of those«authentic» dishes that was straight from the homeland. Authentic or not I will not be ordering anything else from them.

No no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no. RUDESTOWNERINTHEWORLD. Which is SO sad because the hostess/phone orderer Haley(spelling, I know) and my delivery gentlemen were very nice. But MIKETHEOWNER is the WORST and the MEANEST person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. So pissed. Upset. Offended. Doesn’t matter what the f*** I ordered and what misunderstanding there was. You don’t need to call and yell. HECALLEDMETODOTHIS. Now to my order:(I ain’t gonna hate on chef cause the owner is a d*** – wouldn’t that suck if I insult and compliment in case he IS the chef– In that case work on your people skills) ordered the sampler, cause that’s how I do. Mushroom appetizer was undersalted, though they were cooked perfectly. The layer on top of the sampler itself(or whatever it was) was way too think and hard. The stuffed shells were great, lasagna not cooked properly, and I wouldn’t know about manicotti there wasn’t any… noodles instead… Like I wouldn’t lift up the heavy tarp of cheese and look. Gross. Emotions are put into eating. Eating with feelings, cooking with feelings, etc. The owner completely ruined everything. Mediocre food, great service, terrible f***ing owner. My family and I love this place; we’ve been frequenting since 2008, when their location was still across the street. My husband gets the chicken parm, my son usually gets pizza, and I love their chicken piccatta. No matter, though, we ALWAYS get the homemade bread, which is a cheesy, crusty garlic bread topped with fresh tomatoes. Live music on weekends, and the owners always greet us warmly.

I’ve never eaten inside, I’ve only ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on the dining experience. My only complaint is that the delivery took 2 hours because the driver got lost and they took my phone number down wrong. With that said, mistakes happen, and the food more than makes up for it. The pizza and the salad with house dressing is amazing, and the delivery driver was very sweet. The pizza beats out any chain place by miles.

We have loved this place for many years. We first went when it was across the street and now at their newer location. Many memories here and one bite of their delightful and consistent good brings back every memory possible. Eat here.

Niki’s has been a family tradition of mine since I was a kid. Every Sunday my grandparents and I would go there, back when it was in the small strip mall across the street. Several years ago Mike moved the restaurant over to the current larger location. All of the staff are great, I moved from the area to Chicago over a year ago but I bet if I went back they would still remember my drink order. Mike(the owner) and his wife have always been great to my family and even hosted my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary there in August of 2014. The food is great too, especially their pink sauce(mixture of Alfredo and marinara sauces). If i could have it shipped up to Chicago I would, but I will just have to wait until the next time I can return to DFW to have some.

Very pleasant little gem here. :) found via Unilocal one late night when the boy and I were starving and I really wanted pasta. They were open until 11p. Perfect! Let’s try it! The boy was very very happy with the pizza he ordered. He ate the whole thing in one night. I got the spaghetti special and I was blown away at the flavors. So good. I ate the whole dang plate. I went home and had a nice carb coma. Lol We liked it so much, we went back again 2 nights later. :) same excellent food. The staff there was very attentive and nice. Very on top of everything and very friendly. Can’t wait to go again!

Have been hearing good things about this restaurant and since moving here, from Houston, it’s been difficult locating an outstanding, authentic Italian restaurant to frequent, here in Fort Worth. There seem to be more Italians in Houston than in the DFW area. The table we were seated at was like a bucking bronco but, after some engineering, my son fixed it with sugar packets. The food was good and the presentation was good. Service was pleasant and quick, but then we were 1 of 2 tables left after the lunch rush. Would like to go back when the place is much busier to get a better idea on things.

Was craving good Alfredo and they sure didn’t upset. Nice and saucy and not at all stingy on the portions Lunch came with a salad, fresh and delicious dressing. The bread came to our table the moment we sat down. Food came out quickly, hour lunch was perfect here.

Great meal. Their lunch specials are great. A huge salad with a huge plate of food only a crazy person could polish off in one sitting. Our waiter Cathy was excellent. Very very attentive and nice. The food was great. I had a Caesar salad and the cannoli and it was delicious & only $ 6. Well seasoned. The draft beer is way cheaper than I expected. Wish they had lunch specials on their pizza. It’s awesome as well. Will be back.

Haven’t been here in several years. Love their new location. It is huge! Fireplace is a really nice touch on the few days one can use it. I remembered this restaurant being way better than it was on this visit. We were there early Sunday evening so the service was great since hardly anyone was there. I ordered chicken Marsalas and would rate it only fair. It was super salty and the sauce tasted like chicken bouillon. I don’t think the chicken was real chicken breast. More of a McDonald’s type. My husband ordered chicken Florentine and he really like his. Again, when I tasted it, it seemed chicken brothy and the sauce was thickened with corn starch which gave it a gelatinous appearance. The bread was good but very crusty. I also do NOT like restaurants that charge extra if you share a meal and this one has an additional charge for sharing. I can understand the extra charge if they give you extra food, but not just for an additional plate! I highly suggest driving to 820& John T. White and go to Italy Pasta & Pizza. MUCH better tasting food for the same price or maybe a little less.

Ew. Ordered chicken Alfredo. Chicken tastes strange, not fresh. Over cooked pasta with a cream sauce that tastes like straight cream, no cheese or seasoning. Ordered a Caesar, came with half a cup of water(check the picture). $ 17.95 later, dissapointed and hungry! Wish I could give this back to them.

There are some nice touches in this restaurant: Warm interior design with walls covered alternately in classy stonework and oak panels; a live piano player playing soft music and singing easy, low-intensity tunes; lots of tables that can be configured to accommodate groups of nearly any size; and prompt service. As for the food, it is delicious. It is hard to go wrong preparing Italian food, and for the most part Niki’s Bistro hits the mark. They also have a nice selection of domestic and imported beers on draft, along with a good selection of bottled beers. Wine, of course, is available, too. This is a nice neighborhood place to take a date, the family, or the folks in the office.

A waiter was walking in at the same time we were. He took a quarter out of his pocket and helped my toddler get a bouncy ball out of the vending machines in the lobby. That was so sweet. I wanted him to be our waiter. But we got a very sweet(though not always around) older lady. Entrees on the kids menu don’t come with anything else, even a drink. Milk isn’t on the menu, but she told me she could get me some. Bottomless adult-sized drinks are $ 2; I was charged $ 2.50 for a kids milk, which should have been included in the first place. Not sure if the goal is to deter people from bringing kids, but I won’t bring my son back. My ravioli dish was good, my son’s ziti was alright. The garlic rolls had a flavor, but were a little tough and chewy. I’m torn on this place, but since there are other places in the area that I like better, I probably won’t be back any time soon.
