Gayle Newcomb has over eighteen years’ experience in procurement, negotiations, mediation and conflict resolution, economic development strategies and training. Project management, public forum coordination, community outreach, and research/​project reporting. Management background includes budgeting, goal setting, contracts, business and tactical planning, strategic planning, policy development, and internal/​external customer/​supplier interaction.
