Sound Audiology and Hearing Aid Center works with several major manufacturers in order to offer the best technology suited to the individual needs of our patients. We offer fittings of new digital hearing instruments, hearing instrument reprogramming, aural rehabilitation, and general product care and preventative maintenance.

Our Audiologist has been serving the Connecticut and Rhode Island shoreline for 18 years. We are proud to be a small independent business with long standing ties to our community. A tradition of customer service excellence and a highly qualified hearing health professional and support staff allows us to be a leading provider of quality hearing health care. Meet the Business Owner

Colleen H.

Business Owner

Colleen H is a licensed Audiologist in both Connecticut and Rhode Island with more than 18 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors. A graduate from the College of St. Rose in 1983, Colleen earned a Master’s Degree in Education. In 1992, she went on to earn a Master of Science Degree in Audiology from the University of Rhode Island. She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association with a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and an associate member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. Colleen is specialized in advanced digital hearing aid technology and aural rehabilitation. She has lived and worked in the Southeastern, CT and Southwestern, RI area for over 25 years and counting.
