Terrible customer service and even worse attitude!!! I recently reached out to David about obtaining a copy of my tax return which he has prepared for me in 2013. I was told it would be ready for me last Friday 4÷1÷16 however when I went to his office he informed me that he didn’t get a chance to do it. He was polite about it and we even conversed for a few so I left with the promise that he would finish the copy for me over the weekend. Fast forward to Monday 4/4/16upon my return to David’s office I was greeted with hostility and called«pushy» because I left a message asking if the copy was ready because I had a 10AM deadline that required the copy(a deadline i ended up missing due to his inadequacies). David then proceeded to tell me to leave his office because he did not feel like giving me a copy of MY return. What kind of grown business man says that to a customer! That’s the equivalent of the little kid on the playground taking his ball and going home because he was losing. Not only is that unprofessional but it is down right immature. Every interaction I had with David previously had been pleasant so I was quite shocked and hurt to be treated with such disrespect! Shaming a customer due to his own impotence is not only bad business but extremely immature. Proceed with caution.
