Easily 5 Stars! Ok I can’t express this enough without looking like I may have been paid to say this, but seriously, this is the best thing I’ve ever seen happen to men in terms of a man’s man store. The store owner was like a consultant straight out of the Art of Manliness website. He walked me through step by step how to shave using a real razor (not that Mach3 junk I’ve been using my whole shaving life). My suggestion is to hit up the store and follow it up with a frothy adult beverage at the Dirty Truth or the Irish bar across the street.

Hero Men’s Gear is one of the coolest places I have ever been in to get grooming products for dudes. They have stuff for your beard, hair, stash, aftershave, candles, shampoo soap etc. etc. and the the stuff smells like cedar, tobacco, smoked bergamot, birch, mint etc. They have old school shavers, creams, oils, leave in conditioner, local products, wooden watches, etc. I love this place and I’m honored to make the first review. There are so few places for a guy to buy stuff to look and smell good and not like a chemical plant. This place has everything you need to smell like the best parts of nature and have healthy hair from products from some of the bests parts of nature. Seriously, I’m done. You will be too if you check this place out.
