I purchased a DAC from Spearit Sound. Just before the warranty went out, the unit started misbehaving. In resolving the issue they were always pleasant and prompt in replying. They offered a full refund and I was pleased. Exceptional service. HIghly recommended!

Really great place. Prices are competitive. Support is exceptional. Spent a lot of time with me on the phone helping set up components (including some that were not purchased from them). They have good prices on refurb and open box products. I had a warranty issue with one item, but it was resolved quickly and easily. Good service.

These dudes are funny. They’ve long since given up on their retail business, and deal primarily with mail-​order/​ebay stuff, so it’s funny to walk in and see the mess of boxes and shiny hifi stuff everywhere. You’ll still get expert advice, once they finally get off their computers and realize you’re there, so don’t be totally put off. They also honored a couple headphone returns of mine, after I used them for several weeks, though in a very casual way… I literally waited 6 weeks or more to receive a reimbursement check in the mail! It’s just so funny to see a storefront operating basically as a warehouse. I walked in one time and it reeked of reefer, Another time there was a six-​pack sitting on the checkout counter!

Had a great experience. Purchased a refurbed NAD receiver online. After 6 weeks it failed into protection mode. I called and they honored a 30 replacement guarantee. A 5 minute phone call & a replacement was on the way. Nice.
