The only reason this business is getting one star is because I can’t post without giving it anything (unfortunately). This place is mostly a scam. Although I did find an apartment, this place is completely unprofessional. The people they rent to and them are all family/​close friends. After admitting my mistake on missing the date of notice on my lease, I repeatedly told my landlord I would be out by a certain date due to the fact my lease was starting elsewhere. This morning I woke up to 4 strangers in my home, yes still my home because I paid rent until the last day I’m here which is tomorrow. There was a slight knock, and in the time it took me to react, the real estate agent was already showing prospective clients the apartment. My boyfriend still asleep. Walked right in. No courtesy call, no heads up. Imagine just waking up to strangers as the first thing you see. You all know moves are stressful to begin with, and this was the height of unprofessionalism and just plain rude. I felt invisible. So to remax, thank you for a) giving me a shitty apartment and b) treating me like I’m dirt as you show your new clients the apartment with no notice to its current tenants. Can’t wait till karma catches up to y’all! ;)
