Had dinner here and it was really good. Chose the special, 2 Bone in Pork chops. My wife had the Fettuccini with Chicken & Broccoli. We were very satisfied. I will go back. Heard from friends the breakfast was good too.

Holy breakfast! It was my first time here. Waitstaff was super friendly and there was a really good selection of breakfast choices. Seating was comfortable. Lots of yummy food for the $$!

I can’t even explain how good the food is here and the prices!!! We love every bit of it! My daughter loves the food choices and everything tastes so good! The atmosphere is a little different but, the food and prices make up for it! It’s a MUST try for everyone… our NEW go to place for lunch and dinner!

Stopped here with my husband for dinner. I’ve been meaning to try this place for a little bit. The waiter that was on tonight was AWESOME. I don’t remember his name but he was super attentive, clearly was very proud of the food there, and hilarious. A real people person. He worked his butt off the entire time we were there. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an app and they were delicious; the beer battered type. My hubby ordered the triple decker BLT and I ordered the special for tonight: fried chicken and waffles with fries. Hubby liked his meal a lot and the sandwich was huge! My fried chicken and waffles was heavenly! The waffle was tasty, the chicken was perfectly battered and super moist and tender. Both meals came with fries. The fries are hand cut and really delicious. The portions were big and we both took home about half our entrée. I’ll definitely be going back soon!!!

Another great breakfast at Sammy’s. Reasonable prices, excellent pancakes, I recommend blueberry. They have a great breakfast burrito. They serve Belgian waffles. All around great.

I was one of the first to come here when Sammy’s opened. I created their Unilocal profile and posted their menu. I was very happy to find a good pizza joint in the area that was different from all the other Greek style places in the area. I have gotten take out a few time since. Food has always been just above average to excellent depending on the menu item. My only complaint was that the place was very cluttered and disorganized. Definitely not unclean, just not what a restaurant should be. I came in for a calzone today and was not disappointed! Place seemed like it had been organized quite a bit since my last visit. They had a soda fountain instead of bottle only service and the staff seemed more upbeat. Calzone was fantastic and my server, Barbara Jean, was great. Will definitely be back much sooner than last time. They now also offer breakfast from Friday to Monday. I can’t wait to check it out! I think this place had weathered the opening glitches and will hopefully become a staple in our community.

The restaurant business is hard. But if you keep making food the way you do you will fail. 1. Mushroom pizza crust was flavorless, mushrooms sparse. Sauce taste like it came from a can. It litterally tasted like a frozen pizza. White pizza same less the sauce. Buffalo wings ok very hot. tasted like frozen tyson chicken. We are never going back.

Great new option for pizza and food delivery in the South Grafton area. Have to say I’m glad to see a place that actually serves Italian style pizza in the area.

Went to sammys yesterday we were dying to try the place based on the Unilocal reviews we saw. Well first of all the place is dirty and needs a good scrubbing. The hostess/waitress was nice enough. The food took forever with one person working in the kitchen. The soda was flat the potato skins were underdone. Pasta sauce had no flavor the meet balls tasted like they were frozen. The buffalo chicken wrap had a weird flavor. We were very disappointed who opens a restaurant and doesn’t clean it up first? All and all is was a one. Are there no decent restaurants in Northbridge???

My wife and I have eaten here 8 – 10 times since it re-opened as Sammy’s in 2014. We’ve never been disappointed. Sammy’s has a great variety of seafood, and pasta dishes, pizza, sandwiches and burgers. Prices are very reasonable. Salads are included with entrees and are always fresh & crisp. Some of my favs so far are the beef tips, pasta a la mer, meat lasagna, and the Angus burgers. No liquor is sold, but you can BYOB. Give them a try. I think you’ll be happy! During our lunch today, our server informed us they will soon be opening for breakfast, too.

Good old school restaurant. Recently opened. We had cheese pizza, pasta with sausage, and lemon broccoli chicken. All good, lemon broccoli chicken the best dish we tried. Pasta a little soft. Wide variety of other things on menu, including a lot of fried seafood. Not the best looking restaurant, but good comfort food, large portions and reasonable price.

We had steak tips and chicken kebobs. Bothe came with a salad. The salads were fresh and crisp, but should have been served a little sooner. The quantity of food was well worth the price, presentation was OK. Service was better than our first visit. Give them a chance. I hope they make it.

Food was good. Had chicken kabobs and steak salad. Spices/seasoning was good. Cooked exactly as requested. Waitress was polite. Would recommend a tighter dress code. No slippers and sweats @ work!

I had never been here despite going by a million times. Mainly because the previous set up looked too dumpy. I have to say I was still a bit leery with the appearance, but it looked pretty full, so we decided to give it a shot. I’m actually glad I did. Besides the small size and odd, ancient building that is in the middle of some renovation(thankfully), I think the food is now beyond the«growing pains» of a new establishment. They are getting the service together, too. When we arrived, the hostess seated us at the only table available. As I looked around at what others were having, I noticed some good looking plates. Our server came over and took our drink order as soon as she could. As there were only two servers, I couldn’t complain about the extra 3 or 4 minute wait. I looked over the menu and was surprised at the very reasonable prices. Our server came back with our drinks and to take our order and had apologized for the wait(which there was none). She explained that it was her first day and she thought she would be training. She did fine in my opinion, but trial by fire is not the way to keep wait staff. We ordered and as another patron was leaving he made a point to stop by the table and said«If you’ve never been here before, you’re gonna like it». We were pleased to hear that and judging by the others around us he wasn’t fooling. Our server came by and said our appetizer was on its way, but they had run out of scallops. I had ordered the fried seafood platter so I was offered more of the clams and shrimp. Not a problem, until our server came back immediately and informed me that they were out of other seafood. I decided to change my order all together and got the eggplant parmesan. Our boneless buffalo chicken appetizer came and was generous and pretty good. Seemed to a crunchy, panko-type of breading. It wasn’t drenched in buffalo, either. Although an additional side of sauce came alongside of the bleu cheese. My wife ordered the fried haddock with fries. She is very particular about her fried food and was pleased with hers, especially the fries. Not a soggy mess but nicely done fish and fries and she even commented on the tartar sauce. Overall, very pleased with her selection. My eggplant arrived and I too was pleased. I had it over linguine that was cooked al dente and not mushy. The eggplant was not the typical frozen discs of greyish glop. It was pretty good. The sauce was not excessive, and the portion size is pretty healthy, to say the least. By the way, my salad was fresh. Although it was plain iceberg, there were grape tomatoes, cukes, olives, pepperoncini and the dressing came in a ceramic ramekin, NOT a plastic portion cup. The pizza looked awesome and we will be back to try it. As long as Sammy’s keeps progressing and working out the kinks, I think they will do well. The different address at the top of the Credit Card receipt just means the account is through a parent restaurant. Not that confusing. Appears to be BYOB also.

We used to be trivia regulars at Laurieann’s, the previous restaurant in this space and were curious to know what is there now. My friend and I arrived at 11.30 for an early lunch and were glad to see that the nasty carpet from the previous place had been removed, although basic grubby vinyl isn’t a huge improvement. We were the only people in the restaurant and the hostess(who was also doubling as the sole waitress) seated us at a dirty booth. Our water tasted bad, like old ice. We ordered butternut squash ravioli, which would have been fine, but the bland tomato-cream sauce drowned the flavor. The eggplant parm grinder was soggy and took 35 minutes to arrive. They brought salad topped with onions even though we had specified no onion. I use the term salad loosely since it was a piece of cut-up iceberg, two slices of cucumber, a slice of red pepper, a single olive and a single pepperoncini with blue cheese dressing in a tacky plastic ramekin. It’s as though they tried to make a salad as boring as possible. When we sent it back it took fifteen minutes to come back to our table as a random guy showed up for what sounded like a job interview in the kitchen! The hostess/waitress couldn’t even keep up with our lone table and one takeout phone order, and one of the cooks had to come out and help her. When we got our check, there was a completely different address and restaurant name on the top, which could get confusing when the credit card bill arrives. I dread to think how the service would be if it had been busy. We will not be back!

This is my 2nd time here. Just as bad as the 1st time, if not worse. My husband ordered a burger well done and I chicken alfredo. When we got our food, I was so disappointed! My alfredo was dry, where’s the sauce? And it says that it comes with garlic bread, I didn’t get any. My husband has blood from the burger on his plate. Obviously not well done! And the service is not that nice either. Definitely won’t be going back.
