There is nothing bad I could say about this guys. Very professional, reliable and polite. I have had an awesome experience while my Chicago house was washed. I would like to say thank you to the owner for great communication skills. All process took me 10 min. 2 guys show up at exact time we was agreed. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired this company to wash our windows and they did a great job, we were very happy. Hired them for gutter cleaning as well, and when the job wasn’t what we expected, they did come and rectify the situation. Overall, very pleasant to work with and responsive. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

10-​9-​2015 I scheduled a gutter cleaning on Tuesday for the Thursday of the same week. While they were more expensive then competitors ($ 175−10=$ 165 for 2.5 story house and more then double competitors to install gutter guards) I found them on a local magazine recommending them as gutter experts with a good reputation and they scheduled it very quickly. Needless to say, they never showed up. I called and left a message and they called back the next day and said there was a scheduling conflict/​mistake and it was booked for the next week Thursday. They then offered to come out the next day but didn’t offer anything else as a concession. When I stated that I will be looking for a new company they seemed pretty happy with that answer and to let me off the phone. Not a dependable company with horrible customer service skills. In a world with a lot of companies that clean gutters they are way too expensive and not worth the time. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I made an appointment about a week ago for someone from this company to come between 12:00 and 2:00 today. Assuming they wanted to be paid today, I waited and waited and waited at home, forgoing my work, and no one showed up. At 4:00 I called the company and all they could say was «sorry». They claim the washers went to the wrong address and were told to go away, but NO ONE BOTHERED to call me to find out if I still wanted the service. Very poor customer service and I won’t be using nor recommending this place to anyone.

Awful! 300 dollars and I had to go and wipe all of my window sills clean! I will not be using this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone!

I hired this company for a gutter cleaning. My first experience was terrible, but the owner really tries to make his customers happy. I voiced my dissatisfaction and he rectified the situation.

I just had my windows done and they look GREAT !!! I was so happy with this company, I know the other review was not good but that is because it is a small business and maybe they were not prepared at that time? Anyway this time they asked me what floor it was and it was one guy with a ladder and he even arrived EARLY !! I am so sick of people saying they will come out and never show! The windows look great, they did not gouge me (in fact this is the best price I ever got). He was in and out in 45 minutes, and I am ecstatic with the results, I will be sure to recommend them to all that I know!!! Let“s support small business!!! Janice Rybicki

Awful. Man who came was rude and demanding. I think the idea of customer service must be very hard to comprehend. We will not be using this company again.

Used the suburban crew from my window washing inc. for Naperville. They had great pricing and easy scheduling and came back a week later when I had called about a few streaks. Highly recommend them.
