Lee is a natural born creative and artist, with a lifetime of marketing and graphic communication development as a professional artist, photographer, video and audio production and web designer.

In 1996, after managing a corporate in-​house marketing communications design and print department for over 10 years, that grew to be responsible for all US and Canadian communication development, from advertising to internal training materials, Lee started Paradigm Graphic Design & Web Development.
