Decide on a quick lunch… The location is clean and inviting… The club sandwich was good a little pricey but a solid sandwich. If you like Panera you will like this place. Your basic soup and sandwich chain. There muffins are super pricey and not much better than average Costco bakery…

I am a lover of terrific food — and ABC definitely has it. There’s a ton of combinations so you can never get bored of the same meal. Their soups, salads, sandwiches, paninis, coffee, pastries are fresh and consistent every time. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out. While they may be owned by the same company, I’d pick ABC over Panera any day.

Delicious, friendly, reasonable prices. It has become a go to place for my family. Favorites include the Buffalo chicken salad, chicken chili, and any of the pastries. We miss their pear/brie croissants but I hope they bring them back !! Highly recommended!

Panara bread is so much better. When I went to atlanta bread company early evening they were outvof almost everything Shouldnt they have been prepared? I wasted a trip there. I wont go there anymore. Panera is much better and prepared for customers.

A pleasant surprise I was expecting the traditional Panera like place. I was definitely wrong. They have an amazing gluten free menu with tons of options. It’s really clean, the staff is great and the food is fresh! I will be coming back again soon for sure.

Been here twice. Both times because it was the closest place within walking distance from my aunts house. First time I got the Chicken Waldorf and it was okay. Overpriced. Today, I got quite possibly the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve even had. Fast food quality. I blame it on my lack of knowledge of the menu so I’m giving it 2 stars.

Turkey-Bacon-Avocado…Yum. Love the corn and black bean salad, but last time ordered two and when I got home they had only put one in the bag.

I love their chai and pastries but today we came in for lunch. I originally wanted to go to Cinzetti’s(next door) but when we realized it was brunch we decided we didn’t want to pay the brunch rate of $ 15pp. Instead we need up paying $ 30 for lunch for 2 at ABC. Looking back, I’d of rather gone to Cinzetti’s ALLYOUCANEAT brunch for $ 15 pp.

Came here because I wanted, no needed, a Panini sandwich one day. I got the perfect sandwich and it was filling and I’m very glad we went. Prices and menu are pretty much like Panera, it’s good I’d totally go again, it’s also closer to me then any other«sandwich» place because I don’t do Subway.

Definitely a regular place we visit. The potato soup in the sour dough bread bowl. Makes me hungry just thinking about it

I had their Balsamic Bleu salad with no cheese and I really enjoyed it. I only ordered a half size, but it was pretty large enough to fill me up. I liked the ratio of walnuts and cranberries in the salad. It was refreshing and delicious.

If I had to base my review off my initial experience with their customer«service,» it would have been a one star experience, hands-down. I’ll summarize my first experience briefly: I placed a to-go order online. The online system notified me that it would take approximately 30 minutes to complete the order.(This was during a mid-week evening, when I’ve seen this ABC to be almost a ghost town, mind you.) I arrived in about 40 minutes to pick up my order. The restaurant was near-empty, and the manager was taking his break — totally fine. The take-out cashier nonchalantly picked up the fax order and inputted it into the system right there, in front of me. I asked her, «Was the order not entered?» She hesitated to respond. I asked her again, «Was the fax just sitting there this whole time?» Again, she hesitated at confrontation, as most people in Colorado do, apparently. I calmly asked for the manager. He was dumbfounded at how to respond. A smart-ass employee from the back approached the counter with a cowpie-eating grin to defend her manager. The manager stated that he was the only one who looks at the incoming online orders. I asked him, «What would happen if you had ten people placing an order online in the last 20 minutes? None of your employees can pick up the piece of paper and put the order in?» The smart-ass employee asked me, «Are you a manager?» And it was then that I decided I wasn’t getting anywhere with my logic. I e-mailed corporate and got a telephone response from the owner/general manager who was very polite, professional, and who eventually rectified the training problem. As far as the quality of the ingredients goes, I have no complaints. I have been here twice since that initial poor customer service experience, and I’ve seen changes on both occasions.(Hopefully one of the changes implemented was the simple act of picking up an online order and inputting it in their order system.) ABC has always been a good change from the typical fast-casual sandwich places like Panera or Crispers. They offer similar menu items as the competition, offering, as well, variety and quality. The service recently has been great. Additionally, the interior is well-maintained, quiet, well-lit, and tucked away in a nice corner of its shopping plaza.

I had the Cubano panini and French onion soup. The Cubano was just all bread for the most part. The soup was not really hot and was pretty salty. Was not a good experience unfortunately.

I’m giving them a four because I’m giving them a break, but one more incident and I’ll have to drop it down. Tonight we went in to get a few sandwiches and I always order a turkey club panini but they informed me they were out… I can understand maybe not having bacon for it but to be out of the whole sandwich was odd. A month or so ago we ordered the berry brie and they were out of brie. Well anymore you never know what will happen next. Ended up eating at beau jo’s…look for that review I’m sure it’ll be great!

I had a nice pastrami on rye sandwich with a side salad. Decent lunch at a good price point. Very comparable to Panera with choices and quality.

This is a resounding«OK». I’m still not entirely sure how it isn’t Panera, they have almost the exact same menu and even the logo looks the same, but whatever. There isn’t really anything here to knock your socks off, but it’s all edible. It can be pretty crowded during the lunch rush, so plan to wait a bit. Their cookies are wicked good. I had a buffalo chicken panini(NOT good), a cup of potato soup(B-) and a cookie(A+). Maybe I’ll just swing in for the cookie next time…

I’ve taken a while now to decide about Atlanta. It started with my assessment of their coffee. The coffee is not bad. Next I ventured to pastries. Then I decided I needed to try the soups and sandwiches. Overall, I like the quality of the food as well as the preparation of the food. Everything tastes fresh and they must have very good training, because the quality never waivers. I think Atlanta is better than Panera and worthy of making it a regular breakfast/lunch stop.

ABC looks and feels a lot like Panera Bread’s poorer cousin, but the prices are on par with Panera. Personally, I like their turkey sandwich on 9 grain bread, but most of their food is unremarkable. Their soups do not taste made from scratch. However, their cookies(especially the chocolate chocolate chip ones) are fantastic! I don’t feel their combos are really worth the money. You don’t get the amount of food you would at Panera, nor is the quality the same. Ambiance is closer to a McDonalds. You have the fireplace, couches and classical music, but I always feel rushed to get out of here.
