Northglenn Auto Body repaired my vehicle ahead of schedule at it looks better than new. Scott, Brian, and Jed at Northglenn Autobody are a first class, customer first company who focus on quality repairs and legendary service. I can not recommend this business enough. You are crazy to get your vehichle fixed any where else. I hope not to need their services anytime soon but if I do, I guarantee I will be at Northglenn Autobody. Above and beyond service!
While in CO for a family camping trip over Memorial Day weekend we had an unfortunate accident as we were about to head up the mountain. Scott was incredibly gracious and understanding of our situation and made me feel like I was the only customer in his shop. Not only did he meet me there after hours, hand-​hold me every step of the way, but even picked me up at the airport when I returned to collect the vehicle. He wouldn’t take a cent until I had test driven it with him and needless to say, the work was perfection. I can’t believe that they could so perfectly match the color on a 10 yr old «red» car!
I have a small business of my own in Shawnee, KS and Scott’s mode of operation has compelled me to make some small changes to my own biz, to start ensuring my customers feel like they are the only one who matter to me. (Just as Scott has done for me.)

I would highly recommend Northglenn Auto Body. I called Scott on a Wednesday and he scheduled the estimate for the following day, Thursday. He immediately sent the information over to the insurance company, got the estimate approved and set up the car repair for the following Monday. I had my car repaired in five days and it exceeded my expectations. Scott took care of everything all I had to do was drop my car off. He arranged for the rental, repair and the insurance claim. Excellent service and very professional. Brian was very considerate about my situation paying for the rental coming from my pocket while the repair and took my car priority to save my money. The best business experience. I love the way they worked on my new Subaru Forester. May be I was lucky this time but I will recommend this place for car repair.

Northglenn restored the smashed front end of my 2010 VW Jetta to like new condition! They are professional, friendly, communicative — in short, the best! They knew how to handle all the negotiations with the insurance company (Yay!) so the customer comes out ahead in the end. Very, very good shop to work with. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They also completed the body work within the timeframe they predicted!

I was driving down the road, came to a stop and BAM! Some chick texted right into the back of my brand new car. It would have been nice is she said «sorry» at some point. I wanted my car fixed ASAP and her insurance took responsibility. Bryan at Northglenn was able to get me in much faster than the other shops in town. Their insurance didn’t want to authorize repairs, like they wanted a reconditioned bumper as opposed to new, or they wouldn’t permit the paint to be blended to match. Bryan argued on my behalf for several rounds and ultimately got it done correctly and quickly. I would tell anyone to go here.

I took my Acura to Northglenn Auto Body after I was rear ended. From the minute I walked in the office I felt taken care of. I first worked with Brian who did my estimate and explained how everything would work, as this was my first accident (knock-​on-​wood). They were booked out for a couple weeks but I promise it was well worth the wait, hense why they were booked out — because they are awesome!
When I brought my car in for the repairs, the rental car place that was supposed to meet me there never showed and that is when I began working with Jed. He took it upon himself to call a different rental car company and arrange for them to get me a car right away. He even drove me to them so that I would not have to wait any longer, and then followed up within 30 minutes of dropping me off to make sure it all went smoothly!
They began work on Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon I received the call that my car was done, which was 2 days earlier than projected! I am SO happy with their work! They also deep cleaned inside and out, and the repairs make my car look brand new and even better than it did before.
I highly recommend Northglenn Auto Body! Working with Brian and Jed was a pleasure and their professionalism, friendly attitudes and great customer service will keep my business for any future repairs that are needed!

When I got in an accident my insurance company gave me a list of shops that they recommended with stars next to their top choices. I saw Northglenn Auto Body among the starred shops and I recognized the name because my girlfriend’s mom had just had a repair done on her car by them. I decided to go with them even though they weren’t the closest and they don’t offer a loner car, which not many shops do.
I gave them a call and they were booked for about a week and that made me not want to go there, but I figured most shops were going to be about the same as far as availability. I was surprised the next day with a phone call asking if it were possible to come in sooner given the fact that I had hood damage and my headlights were both damaged as well. I had job training, but the gentleman offered to come in early one day to take a look. He ended up keeping my car that day due to his concern with the drive-​ability of the vehicle. They were in touch with my insurance company and made sure I was well informed every step of the way. The repairs took a good chunk of time since it seemed my insurance was taking their time in responding, but after they received the ok, the repair took about a week. That includes getting the parts shipped in and painted.
Once again I received a call the day my car was done. Unfortunately I was at work but I immediately called them back and told them I wouldn’t be able to pick the car up that night or the next day (since they were not open). The guy said he would be willing to come in on the day they were closed so I would have my car for the weekend. I offered to get it the following week but he simply refused because he insisted on me getting my car asap.
All in all this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. My car looked brand new. they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car as well as the outside. I also received a note on the passenger seat thanking me for my service and a little gift box with candy and an assortment of other things. Without question this is the shop to take your car to.

I walked out after hearing he wanted to charge over $ 600 to weld a door hinge on my Cherokee. Took it literally down the street and got it done same day for $ 100.
I understand that he wanted to replace the entire hinge, pull of the fender, and realign the door but I just wanted it welded so it would not break. It’s a $ 2500 off road rig not a damn BMW. Listen to your customers.

I took my Jeep to Northglenn Auto Body after a front end collision. They restored my car to like new, handled my rental car arrangements, and finished the job a day earlier than projected. It’s a family run business that’s been around for years. Don’t be deterred by the lack of online reviews. They’ve grown their business on referrals rather than marketing. Give them a chance to earn your business.

I just got my car repaired at Northglenn Auto Body for wind/​hail damage and the repairs are great. They assisted me with my rental car, stayed late on a Friday so I could pick up my car after the repairs we completed, and got the repairs done a week early. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Professionalism, passion, attention to detail, excellent customer service and fair pricing. What more could you ask for? Scott, Jed and the whole team work amazingly quick and make sure that there work is nothing short of perfection. I’ve been going there for years and love their work!

I inadvertently tested some of the laws of physics by driving my car into another car at about 10 miles an hour. Turns out, objects in motion still tend to stay in motion, especially in the snow.
Fortunately, Northglenn Auto Body was recommended by my insurance agent for a speedy repair. There we no hassles: I just showed up for an estimate, came back, picked up a rental car right there, and in three days, my car’s headlight was totally restored. Some scuffing along the bottom of my bumper was repaired too!
